BEST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE - FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE THANKS TO EMPLOYEE JEREMY D. MADER. JEREMY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY AND KNEW HIS PRODUCT. THIS STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED.

I like shopping at Home Depot because the associates are helpful finding products and answering questions.

This store always has very friendly staff willing to help me find the products I am wanting to purchase. I have found the employees to be very knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge about many products the store carries. The cashiers always ask if I need help loading my purchases.

Harry Montgomery helped us choose and order a kitchen counter. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions! GREAT customer service! THANK YOU!

Very neat and clean store. I have always been able to find great help and great customer service.

Had a hard time finding someone to ask about there mulch and when I did find somebody he was not able to help me had to walk around a while to find somebody that could. I passed employees messing around on phone's.. At the checkout counter they were people up there and one of the girls was standing there by the other one talking to her about personal business and instead of checking out people.

I received prompt and friendly service. Employees asked me if they could help and did so immediately.

Nice clean, well stocked store. Friendly service personnel and usually quick assistance at the cash registrar.

As I was going to see about getting drainage rock, I didn't get very far when an employee asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was going to look for. He preceded to take over. He asked how many bags I wanted. He went and got them and took cart to cashier. Then another employee took it to loading area, made sure he had covering to put down in the back of my van, and carefully loaded them in. This has been my 3rd time here in 2 months and each time my experience has been the same-- friendly employees going out of their way to help!! This makes me feel that I am a valued customer and keeps me coming back!!

The flooring department was amazing and the salesperson was personable, patient, informative, knowledgeable and kind, we couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience.We purchased 2 floors of tile and bamboo flooring in one afternoon. It wouldn't not of been possible with out the knowledge & experience of the sales department, no one was pushy or distracted and very helpful. We will be back for the next time I need product or assistance.The store was well organized and clean, we were even sat at the back and checked out at the back counter and doubled checked for our discounts, we walked out of the store with smiles on our faces ready to brave the next step of our project. You just don't get that kind of service any more, and it was nice, it just goes to show that a little bit of courtesy goes a long way. Thanks Jeremy!

Everytime I visit this store, I'm treated with respect and receive prompt service. The sales people are the best in the area and all of them treat veterans with respect which means so much.

I had the best shopping experience today thanks to Kortni, Richie and the girl at the register (didn’t get her name). They were great. I had been to a few other stores shopping for a mower and left feeling like I didn’t really matter and I was getting discouraged until Kortni helped me and I left the Parkersburg store very happy. Kortni, Richie (who stopped working in the parking lot to help load my Honda mower) and the girl at the register made my day. I smiled all the way home!

I love this home depot!! I've been there so much. I am planning to do some remodeling and have already started buying what I need there.

This is the place to go for good service and was really easy to find what I needed. Check it out and you will be glad you did.

The store is clean, associates are friendly and extremely helpful everytime I have been in this store. I like going in just to see what items I might buy for future projects, sometimes I get to talking with associate an they might make suggestions on how to build or improve a project.

I went there on a Saturday morning and had the best experience, two men, Patrick and Chuck went out of there way to help me, I lost my husband and can’t load by myself, these men came up to me and asked me if I needed help, Patrick loaded my garden center mulch, stones, soil and chuck followed me to the lumber yard and loaded my landscape timbers. Best experience

I received great customer service, an employee went beyond expectations when she helped me assemble a cart.

Our visit was great with help from, Jeremy, in the flooring department. He helped us pick out carpet and padding. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The associates at this Home Depot are always willing to help you!!! I have to drive 37 miles to get there, but I definitely will be shopping there again. A very happy customer!!!

The store was very clean and they carried things that I could not find anywhere else. The employees, we talked to, were very nice and knew what they were talking about. Great place to shop for the home. We have a lot of work to do at our house and we will be shopping The Home Depot again.
