I’ve been to at least 15 or 20 different. Home Depot‘s and other home improvement stores. No one even comes close to the level of customer care, positive attitudes, and commitment to excellence that the Parkersburg Home Depot staff and management does. They clearly put their customer first and are consistent in their professionalism making it a five star visit every time I shop there.

Every time i make a trip down to Home Depot I walk in and am welcomed instantly. If i ever need help, i can always find it nearby. I am satisfied with the service & wide selection of Milwaukee tools they have.

I have recently moved to the area and have been using Home Depot for all of my projects in our home. The service is outstanding on any day of the week. After reviewing washers online, went to this Home Depot and immediately saw the one we had picked out and ordered it. Salesman was helpful in pointing out features and warranty information.

We recently shopped two major home stores for a new storm door. The first home store raised its price within 3-4 weeks of us first shopping, so we went to Home Depot. They had a door in stock, and the salesman, Jeremy, went above and beyond by calling the manufacturer of the door in order to answer a specific question for us. He was helpful in making suggestions, super polite and professional, and made our shopping experience so easy! Will definitely be returning!

As hiring and maintaining quality employees is becoming difficult, this location’s service and professionalism has been amazing.

I shop at the Ranson WV store not Parkersburg WV

Tool quality is better here. I always can find fasteners I need. Lumber is always one notch better than down the street. Employees are happier and over all great experience each time I come.

Catalina at the service desk was super helpful and friendly with our online return and our new purchase. The other employee at the service desk as well as the 2 employees and lawn and garden were all very helpful. Will definitely return for anything we might need in the future.

Any time we visit this store, there are always employees to ask if we were finding everything okay, and ready to direct us to the proper area of the store we need to be in and make certain we have our questions and concerns addressed.

Kyle who works with screws...I think perhaps its called hardware? He was fantastic. Super helpful and very friendly.

Went in to look at kitchen cabinet counter tops- the choices were great- ended up buying all of them in one trip! Love them!

They delivered it today and I used it and I like it and I will definitely shop here again on anything that I need on washer's dryer's stove's or anything. Jon Smith done a great job at the the Vienna store with ordering this for us and was great with us as well
