I was extremely happy with the service at the paint desk. They matched all my colors perfectly. However there was one that I wanted and they could not match up from the pamphlet to the paint. This was of no fault of theirs. They really tried to add more color to make it match however was unsuccessful. The great point is that they tried over and over again and when unsuccessful they did not try to push the paint off on me. I will always be a Home Depot customer because of these paint assistants. Thank you Home Depot for hiring great help.

Very easy to find the products and all associated are very helpful

Is very simple for me this store I live very close, that means Passaic store is my second home, I know the store very well and the service is fast and accurate, very satisfied with the service experience.

Overall the purchase was OK. But have to waited a long time for the associate to help put the orders.

I am remodeling my home and the passaic, NJ store has great customer service. i have been going and purchesing something about every day for the past 2 months. everyone is always happy and excited to see me. feels nice actually that they are starting to recognize me.

I always have a good experience at this Home Depot! Everyone is helpful and friendly. Whenever Theresa (in Garden section) is my cashier, she is always so respectful and cheerful. I have visited the Garden Center quite frequently the past few weeks. I am always glad when Theresa is there. Thank you!

Today I met with store employee Vincent Ferraiolo at the pro desk. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable in all fields and will recommend my family and friends to him. He should be commended for his service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...MY SPECIAL ORDER KEPT BEING DELAYED, AND NO ONE KNEW WHY, GETTING IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WITH KNOWLEDGE WAS IMPOSSIBLE, KEPT GETTING PUT ON HOLD 30-60MIN OR THEY HANG UP, OR THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL BACK AND NEVER DO. WHEN YOU DO GET IN CONTACT THEY HARDLY KNOW WHATS GOING ON, OR THEY LIE.. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE..

Store is OK, less selection on certain items. No problem.

Beside heavy traffic this store is near and convenient in summer,spring,fall and winter with all needs.3 1/2 percent tax attract.Never had a big issue.Improvement is always there.

Picking up online orders is fast, no problems. If there is something wrong it will be adjust to more than satisfaction. Wait time is minimal. Associates know how to handle any issue politely and to your satisfaction. Shopping in store also is more than satisfactory. If i need assistance choosing the correct item, associates are able to explain which will suit my need. Checkout is always handled quickly.

I was beyond happy when the cashier we had was trying to see if the product was available. The cashier was very thoughtful. I loved shopping at Home Depot!
