this home depot,0950 is the best by far. friendly service and management.

Caitlyn, assistance store manager, is awesome. She really cares and makes the customer feel appreciated. I needed 7 boxes of tile and I was told by another store that this store did to have any more. Caitlyn found the tile in the store and I was able to purchase what I needed. Thank you Caitlyn.

We love to come to this store,it is always clean and things are easy to find. The majority of its employees are friendly.

This store has a lot and you can find many items with the help of sales reps.

Great store, always has what I need and the customer service has always been exceptional. I can use other stores of this type but I don't, Passaic Home Depot is the place to shop for me period.

Employees standing around acting talking and acting ghetto among other employees.......they take their time when ringing up or returning items.....the employees seem more attentive to other employees needs then customers.

Bobby from Hardware and Gabby from Appliances help us everytime my comes to visit. He told me about how good their services are but I didn't believe him until I came with him for a purchase.

The reason I rate this store so highly was due to the effort of a customer service rep named Kathie. She went above and beyond to help us. I have to assume the other employees are also motivated to deliver such a great level of service. I also like the fact that they had what I was looking for in stock. It was the second HD I visited in search of what I was looking for. There as HDs closer to my home, but I would not hesitate to return to this store if need be.

Did not have what I wanted. Day laborers hang out all over the parking lot. Came in with my pickup truck and thought they were going to rush me. Looking for work I guess. Didn't feel safe in daylight. Wouldn't go near this store at night.

Good service and good location not very organized but they have a great selection

The employees were very friendly and pleasant. They were very helpful when I required assistance.

The kid behind the paint counter had no idea what he was doing. He gave me the wrong information and could not make the paint I asked for. He tried for 20 min. and still couldn't do it. I left the store very irritated and had to make a trip to another store where it only took 5 min to make the exact same can of paint. I feel your employee needs more training if he is going to continue working in that dept.

The shelves are never stock in this store no matter what you look for it is never in the place it should be in. I realize it is sometimes the fault of the customer who looks at something and never puts it back in the right place. Also the open packages could also be the fault of the customer. But I was looking for a a 1 1/2 PVC Cap and all the 1 1/2 PVC parts were in one section The Cap I was looking for was in the Sprinkler section not the fault of a customer the whole box was but in the wrong section. I tried to find someone to ask, lot of luck they must all be on break or texting on there cell phones

the store is very clean also it have wonderful people working here ! I will come here all the time

Jonathan Vander was our sales person and was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and took time to explain things to us and didn't brush us off or make us feel like we were a burden. We had to come back because we had a problem with the 1st time shopping due to a delivery issue, and even the 2nd time coming back he was apologetic and very helpful. Highly recommend. If you need a kitchen appliance, go see him--you will be happy you did!

The store is void of associates and the associates that are here do not know anything. Would rather shop at the local ACE but the problem that ACE doesn't always have everything.
