The staff is always attentive and friendly.

Great store and abundance of things to choose from especially during seasonal times. The customer service is always wonderful and the people are so helpful at this store. Wish there was a store in the Senoia area or south of Senoia but this store is convenient.

Always great help with a excellent attitude from all staff. A pleasure to visit and always well stocked with whatever I need!

Much better than the HD store in Riverdale. People are more friendly and are more easily found if one needs help locating product.

The gentleman at the PTC HD in the lighting area was very nice and helpful. He liked working int he lighting area as this was his hobby. He let me know there was new lighting coming next week and was helpful with the light bulbs

Things have certainly changed at this particular outlet. Although past employees were friendly to a point while seeming to go out of their way for visitors, I found them to be particularly friendly and helpful on my last visit. Who would have ever expected that Bill, from the "Windows and Doors" department would take a broken item and spend a good part of his precious time fixing it at no charge. Unheard of and extraordinary! Several other departments went out of their way to also be helpful. Bravo, HD. Makes you want to return.

Going into a hardware store can be overwhelming when you are trying to find things. At this Peachtree City Home Depot, I was continually greeted, asked if I needed assistance and personally taken to an aisle when I requested assistance. Very impressive service out on the floor !!! The store was clean and organized. Great shopping experience. Keep up the good work. It’s appreciated!

Traffic problems in PTC are bad, but this store is worth it to drive to. Everyone is friendly, happy to help with questions, to locate items if I can't find them and explain how to use or the best choice. Cashiers at self-checkout are always willing to assist whether there is a technical problem or how to use coupons or credit/gift cards. Plant nursery staff always ask to help with loading and unloading. Best store in area!

A kind employee

Some times your out of closet wire shelves and seems to take a while to restock. Other wise very good for a smaller store.

Employees were very helpful. My biggest concern was that I needed some lumber cut on saw and the blade was worn down to the point of splintering wood during cut.

Excellent HD store! Knowledgeable, friendly, and always available Associates... which was extremely refreshing! The shopping/buying experience at Store #0164 in Peachtree City could very well be the model for Customer Service; the Associates turned a very stressful repair situation into a a true Let's Do This experience!! Great customer service... The best home depot store out there

This Home Depot is always clean and in stock. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I've never had a problem shopping here and prefer it over any other Home Depot within a 50 mile radius.

Sometimes when you visit a "big box " store it is difficult to find specific items and you may roam around a lot. Sometimes it can be difficult to also locate an individual who can offer assistance. I find at this Home Depot, that while it can be a challenge sometimes to find someone to assist, once you do, they are really helpful I have been very pleasantly surprised the last few time to find someone who could help and actually walked me right over to the isle where I could find my product..

Always friendly staff willing to help and give advice or find someone who can give the right advice.

I was highly impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of your cashier Cheryl. I purposely got her name because she was so helpful. I was in the self checkout line with several heavy boxes, and a gift cert. She saw me , and immediately came over to assist, and ended up actually checking me out herself on the self checkout. Nice to see she enjoys her job, and was very willing to help. I live in Lagrange Ga, and drove to Peachtree City and stopped in. Glad I did ! Not to mention I got a couple of Christmas presents for my husband. Cheryl, Thank You for the Help !

only if you have no other choice !!! this place is a time thief , on a good day takes 3 min to find what you need and 20 to check out, most of the staff is friendly but know what you want before you get there and be prepared to deal with disorganized shelves in 50 % of the store , usually plenty of product but not in place where the tag on shelf says it is. This part is not the stores fault but traffic at this location has been known to at 30 min or more to your trip..

Clean, well organized and friendly greeting from staff

I want to thank Home Depot employees: Ray, Andy and Cameron. They went beyond the call of duty and assisted my husband and I. Home Depot was clean and well stocked; we found the wood we needed and their equipment was working so they were able to cut the wood the size we needed. Home Depot made it easier for us to do the home repairs.

Great store with great employees. Very friendly and courteous. I think it would help if there was some app and maybe there is that would guide you through the store. Most people do a lot of walking trying to find what they need
