They have removed ALL non self checkout lanes from the store. You have to check yourself out. As a professional, I purchase products with no tax. They have removed the nontaxable option, so I have to wait for the single person that is managing the 6 self checkout lanes to come to my register and allow me to purchase with no tax. We do pay the tax, we just pay it at the end of the month, just so I don't get hate mail because I am not doing my part

Initially I had intended to purchase 2 appliances from another store however after stopping to make a comparison at Home Depot I found the salesperson to be extremely helpful in that she spent time with my to help me make a comparison between items (via the internet & comparing appliances). In addition, I ended up purchasing a total of 3 appliances as the salesperson shared with me how I could save additional money. The salesperson was so helpful and patient I truly felt that she was motivated to save me money that I would have otherwise spent. Customer service was outstanding with the salesperson being very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I truly felt that although stock was slightly limited the salesperson went the extra mile to help me and in the end shopping at Home Depot turned out to provide a better service all the way around.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service. We have dealt with Randy in home appliances for many years. He is a pleasure to work with. The store is clean, well stocked and has great variety. Always enjoy our Home Depot experience every time I shop there.

The staff here is so helpful! Chris in the garden center was especially helpful amd helped me find exactly what I needed.

After having quite a handful of bad experiences at this store I was reluctant to pick up my store pick up but since I did not change the name of who was going to pick up it I had to go inside and pick it up. The store manager Jalal listened to my personal opinion on why I choose to go to a different location. He was very understanding of my past experiences and promised to handle any issues me or my maintenance staff have at the store from now on. I will be returning to the store to continue to give it a try as promised.

It's the typical Home Improvement Store where you can never find anyone to help you, or you find one worker swamped by 5 people waiting on the associate to assist them. Should hire more workers to be available for customer service. It's sad when you have to wait 20 minutes to be helped after help is being paged across the store twice. Had to go to the cashier ask for a manager to be paged just so I could get some help, which despite repeated attempts to locate the item, found out you could only purchase it online. If I could give 50 eye rolls and the degree of frustration felt I would put it here. I don't think it would change anything about the level of help in the stores.

The sales person in appliances helped me and gave me all the info I needed to make a purchase that was right for what I needed! Very helpful and friendly!!

As long as you don't need an associate around lumber or building materials this is a great store!

Three separate employees sent me to the wrong isle for a HVAC thermostat, I found it on my own.

Seem to always have things in stock that Webster and League City don't. It's also not far out of League City, so not a bad drive. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Thanks!

my favorite store

Had excellent service while purchasing a generator yesterday. The staff was calm, professional and helpful during the storm preparations frenzy. We were lucky enough to be there when truck of generators came in and were able to purchase one. Staff handled situation of more people wanting to purchase and generators available in a calm, fair manner. Wish I had the guy's name who checked us out. He helped my husband load it in our truck. He exhibited exceptional customer service!

After having a terrible customer service experience at Lowes I went to Home Depot where I had the best shopping experience ever. Home Depot helped me with my needs immediately! I had the best reliable professional help. Thank you Home Depot! Customer for life!

My Home Depot is always in stock of what I need. In the rare occasion that the store does not carry a particular item, an associate will gladly check to see if the item can be ordered. Very professional and knowledgeable staff.
