Whether it was guiding me to the right aisle or assisting me in finding the exact items I needed, the team made the process quick and stress-free. Checkout was just as smooth, with courteous service that wrapped up my visit on a great note. Overall, I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and positive atmosphere. Not happy. He did not tell us anything. He discussed with Home Depot, which was of no help to me. I still do not know if the stove and oven I purchased will fit when they arrive on12/10/25.

I had an outstanding experience working with Joseph Rosenzweig (Joey) on my bathroom remodel. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me design my bathroom vanities as well making great suggestions for other items needed for my bathroom remodel. He was friendly, patient, followed through on what he promised, and always made himself easily available to speak to. Highly recommend him for anyone planning a bathroom or kitchen remodel.

I was having trouble with a door hinge and David was able to contact Masonite and get me squared alway .

I bought a washing machine and dryer. It was very easy and painless

I had a great experience at my local Home Depot! The store was clean, well-organized. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, they went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right tools and materials. Checkout was quick and easy, and I appreciated the self-checkout option as well.

The store is generally well stocked generally well staffed I do not like the entrance that was modified to an exit. Only it makes it very inconvenient when parking at that end of the store and I think it should be much easier to enter from that north side door and get right out into the store And still use it as a checkout area. Please modify that.

I could never find an associate to help me

I been to this store lots of times and the service and stock is great you always find what you need and there is always a helping helper willing to help you

I was in need of custom blinds and thought I’d have to make a second trip to the store because there was no one at the custom desk. Fortunately for me, Alex was to my rescue and rescue he did. I was provided with all the information I needed on the various blinds available and the difference between the brands, as well as which ones had the best functionality. Alex was a true professional and Home Depot needs to clone him for every area.

The employees spend more time socializing with each other than with customers.

If you need your kitchen or another room designed or you need appliances, see Joey he’s the best. He knew everything, took his time, walked us through everything set up the delivery. He was very thorough and very helpful.

Always find what i need , customer service is great , just had an issue with my gift card

Joseph V Rosenzweig helped me in the Pembroke Pines store with buying a washer/dryer 2 in 1 Samsung He was very knowledgeable about all the products and was very patient with us. A super great salesmen and I would definitely recommend him .Joey is definitely a asset to your company

Have someone fix the website. It is terrible!!!!!!

I bought one two by six by eight and tried to pay and go but they only had 2 registers open ,it took forever and a huge line was forming ,everyone was complaining , very incompetent store ,I won't go back there

I purchase a generator and a pressure washer it took about 8 hrs to get my order and no one helped me load it in my vehicle

2 days ago I went to request a inhouse estimate for a front door the employee had a very heavy Spanish accent no sure if he even understood my request had no interest in answering my questions told me that someone will call me today is Thursday and nobody called very bad service

I have used Home Depot store for all of the remodeling I have done in my new home. From painting inside and out, new bathroom remodeling, kitchen and den. Every time I go to Home Depot, I get good service.

Glad I was able to get the product that I needed quickly after finding it was available and conveniently displayed on shelf.

Had to buy a jump pack for my car! And when I walked in everything was clean and every employee said hi to me some more then once! I’ll be back in the future!

Employees always saying hello and they recognize repeat customers.

Always seems like it’s a challenge to get out of the store because nobody is there to check you out or all the registers are busy at self check out

Since being retired I shop during the week as opposed to weekends. The support staff during weekdays is “limited” to say the least. Those stocking the shelves are not knowledgeable to help customers seeking product support. At best, they simply can direct you “hopefully” to the correct aisle to find products.

December 23 and December 24th, I had 3 transactions. All of which were painful cause staff was rude and or had attitude cause of my displeasure at their lack of customer service. One staff member, when i asked politely “Do you work here, sir?” responded with; ”what does it look like?”. No Smock, no name tag but somehow i was supposed to know cause he had a cart and was taking something off a shelf. The next day when trying to get the proper items and pick up an online order i was made to wait in the customer service area for 2 hours for an item to be pulled off the shelf. The manager was called several times. Never came. This site doesn’t care about satisfaction and to be understaffed during the holidays seems both short sighted and silly.
