Associates were very friendly and courteous. Went out of there way to help me to get $10 off of my purchase that I neglected to take advantage of.

I researched the product I wanted at HomeDepot.com, and used the website feature to have its in-store location texted to me. When I visited the store, it was very easy to find an associate and locate the product. I would recommend the Peoria Home Depot.

We greeted when we come in and ask what we needed.

As soon as we walked in the door of the Peoria Home Depot looking a bit lost and confused, a store associate asked if we needed any help. His name was Jason. Very nice, courteous and helpful young man. Accompanied us to the lighting Dept and stayed with us as we worked through everything we might need or should consider for our lighting projects. We like Home Depot customer service!

Adam in Kitchen & Design, always a great help. Also Bill from ProSales handles all our proxtra and commercial stuff and does a great job.

Many of the store assicates are excellent, very polite and helpful.

Associates always ready to help and are throughout the entire store. Willing to stop and answer questions and will find an associate that has the answer if they do not know. Great shopping experience.

I find a lot of original products at this store. Employees are always willing to assist you.

I was pleasantly surprised at the fast & friendly service I received from the employee. I had no idea what type/kind of drill I should purchase for my husband as a Christmas gift. He asked me a few questions and directed me to a Drill that I ended up purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gets an AAA+ grade from me! The Customer Service clerk was also very friendly. While doing Christmas shopping, I've encountered many other store employees around the City of Peoria that are rude and unfriendly. I make a mental note to never shop at that store again when it happens. Thank you for being such a friendly, and very clean, organized store!

I needed to buy a gas grill. Associate helped me find it in store, load it in my car, and also explained how I should connect it to gas cylinder that I bought.

We went to pick out and order a entry door and we could not be more than thrilled with the customer service we received in the Millworks department. The associate that helped us went above and beyond to get the door we really wanted! Thank you!!!

Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Was familer with the store layout so didn't need help finding the items I was after. But once I reached the isle and was compairing different brands of products a store associate was willing to share his experiance with the various products and which he prefered to use and suprisingly enough it wasn't the higher priced item.

Worked with home depot on a major project for us (worth more than $40,000) .. Every step of the project was very disappointing .. - Finding products - Finding associate to ask for help - Getting help from associate - Knowledge level of associate and willingness to understand what we are looking for - Most of the time no call back from the pending questions - Very hard to get appointment - No control on ordering material wrongly order, forgot to order etc,, - Installers - difficult to take appointment, no response on any question, very bad attitude and poor quality than expected - More than 30+ visits, 200+ phone calls, 50+ text messages, 100+ emails .. 5th month into the project and still not sure when its going to complete !!!! The list goes on ... The only positive thing that I could think of is store manager came to rescue our project in total mess however he could do only so much if everyone else is not doing what they are supposed to ...

A quick trip to check availability and prices of a few products quickly turned into a pleasant experience. Every associate we encountered was quick to offer assistance and knowledgeable about the products!

helpful cashiers helped me load my materials when help called didn't come

I ordered two items online in the morning, learned they were available for same day pick up, and in fairly short order received email and text notification that the products were ready. The pick up process itself was very easy and quick, with Riley providing professional, friendly, and jovial service. He even retrieved a cart for me with the advice that it would be better not to carry a 40lb item all the way to the car. I'm in fine shape but really appreciated the thoughtful recommendation that no doubt made sure I avoided unnecessary strain. Online ordering followed by store pick up is a great way to shop when I know exactly what I need and have limited time. This store has very friendly and knowledgeable associates.

Hard to find associate ro located an item but very helpful when I found someone front end cashier very friendly

Sara in the paint department was WONDERFUL!! She was very friendly and had all the information we needed and more. We were very unsure what we wanted when walking in the store but with the help of Sara everything was so easy and fast.

I was shopping for a replacement wash machine. Experienced a very helpful sales associate and made the decision very easy and fast.

You can find what you need easily. If you can't there is always someone around the corner that can assist you quickly. Great Loving and caring staff members.
