Just had a really great experience. I like the fact they allow dogs too at the store.

Trying to complete an order in the Millworks department of this store is always frustrating and extremely time consuming. Orders always get deleted, and staff is usually unfamiliar with the ordering programs and requirements. Impossible to complete orders over the phone but also frustrating to order in the store.

I was honored to see parking spaces for veterans, I try to spend money where I see that.

Went to the store, with my order number/receipt, to return something I purchased online and nobody at the service desk knew how to do it. They gave me multiple excuses, and in the end, I got so frustrated that I just gave up.

If you are interested in a TUFF SHED purchase, the excellent & very knowledgeable Home Depot employee who should help you is Roberto! I hope Home Depot gives him a raise or promotion for the professional way he deals with customers.

Generally good experiences with this store. Needs WAY more people in some departments, especially appliances.

All standard home projects can be completed using this store.

The sales rep Dan was very knowledgeable about the products and gave me confidence in what I was purchasing.

There isn’t enough lighting to see what you’re looking for.

I ordered a single solid core door for delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on the 21st through the 24th and of course, it was the 24th. But when I got an email reminder, Home Depot gave me an 12 hour delivery windows. 8am to 8pm. That is not acceptable.

If you want an Awesome customer service go to Home Depot and find Dez Chispin she is phenomenal! She is very knowledgeable and very professional and very helpful. She will make you feel like family!

Best store, I love it

I bought almost $5,000 worth of flooring from your associate Dez Crispin made the process smooth as silk! I was having it installed on a Sunday, and the installer requested extra stuff like stair nose and T mold transition pieces. I was able to get a hold of her again and order and pay for the stuff over the phone immediately. She is so knowledgeable, competent and efficient! I will always use her moving forward. Great job!

I ordered my new GE electric stove on June 23rd.at the Home Depot in Peoria ill. The employee was jeez , she was very friendly. She made sure to explain features of the stove and also the 5 year warranty. It’s a very pleasant experience all around! Suzette conley

I don’t like Home Depot’s citi bank card . Always a hassle and I always pay off card for a zero balance. Main isle are too full of displays

Peoria Home Depot is the best one in the area! They have the cleanest store, the most friendly and knowledgeable staff you could ever hope to find!

The main sisle is so crowded with merchandise that it is only one lane. If you meet anouther cart someone has to pull into a side aisle.

Hone Depot and their delivery company Temco Logistics delayed my appliance order for a month. Neither company tried to compensate me for the delay in the delivery nor the delay in my house rebuilding project. Don't ask for delivery on any order. If you can't pick up in store, go buy somewhere else.
