I enjoy visiting Home Depot because the workers are friendly and knowledgeable compared to their competitors. I drive further just to visit them.

Ther garden center is well cared for. The selection is great and the plants have been well cared for.

Knowledgeable, patient, sales people helped us choose and buy a dishwasher and a hot water heater. We were very pleased.

We were greeted by customer associates at the door. As we continued to package pickup we again had friendly customer service. We decided that while we were here we may as well get a couple of things we needed. As we started to look down the isles to find the products we were looking for we were greeted by another friendly associate. As we told them what we were looking for they not only told us were we needed to go they walked us to the exact spot and made sure we found what we were looking for. As we continued on to the check-out our cashier was very friendly as well and ended our shopping trip with a big smile and pleasant disposition.

The store has some great employees, but there are many employees need training and coaching. My orders were not fulfilled correctly and they did not follow up to rectify the situation. Few good employees tried their best to helped me out for others serious order mistakes. This store management should take serious note of it as it can affect their sales.

We were purchasing bathroom cabinets and a countertop and we had been to many other similar stores. Not one of them offered the personalized customer service that Adam Kraft provided. Our experience purchasing new cabinets was much less stressful than it could have been and Adam never once rushed us through the process. We were so happy to see that there are still people who take great pride in their work in customer service! If you are in the market for a new kitchen or bathroom, stop by to see him!

Ihad aneasy time finding the products I needed I was all over town and no other store had them

I purchased a stainless steel Maytag range, refrigerator, exhaust fan, Amana dishwasher and granite countertop all wtihin about a 2 week period. Jeff Greenleaf and Adam Krafft were my sales associates, both were very courteous, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Peoria IL home depot and these two sales associates

Best place i have found to get LED lights. A friend told me about the sale going on so i went in and purchased what i needed to switch my house over to LED.

The sales person from Window Coverings department Miss Andriana helped us a lot in selection of blinds and also providing us with sample book to look for different shades. That was very helpful in finalizing the product.

My daughter and I were shopping for a few specific items. We easily found them and then browsed for ideas. There are so many products that it is not hard to find home improvement ideas throughout the store. We will definitely be back!

The store employe directed us to a product the we didn't know exited, and explained how it worked. Helped us pick out the right application for what we needed to accomplish the project we were working on. She was very helpful, gracias .

An associate helped me out way beyond my expectations. He helped me find a better deal on an end cap. The item that the sign said would be free if I purchased the full tool kit was not there. He went and checked the store's stock and said that there was four of them in the store. He then said he was going to find them for me. He got help from some other staff of yours and he found them and brought them and gave me one. It was very nice and helpful. The item, which the sign said was only available while supplies lasted, was out on the end cap. I was willing to buy the item anyway, but he checked and found out you were not out. That item was a $99.00 accessory tool kit! So much appreciated!!!!!

During my trip to the store in Peoria Ill. I observed a neat, clean store with associates that knew what they were doing and was very helpful. I will continue to buy all my tools and materials there.

As soon as I entered the store was directed to the right area. Associate helped me find the items I was looking for and explained my options. Checkout was friendly and fast. Gave me my Military Discount without any hassle.

A lot times I found prices better than Amazon, always worth it to cross shop on HD website.

Despite having two other home improvement stores in Galesburg, I still go to the nearest Home Depot store.

I would like to thank sales associate Jim, our kitchen designer for everything he has done to help our process in designing our new kitchen go smoothly. I keep coming back to this Home Depot store location because of its great and friendly store associates. Keep up the excellent job everyone, it doesn't go unnoticed and unappreciated. Scott
