Jose, Lorraine, and Raymond gave is exceptional service. They were polite and remained call and so courteous even in the wake of getting completely slammed with an abundant amount of weekend customers. I will be sure to come back to this location!

This is by-far the best Home Depot store around! There is always someone available to help. I have a small home-based business and therefore shop this store several times per week. The lumber department guys - Miguel, Vince, & Jim are the best!

Poorly run store. Merchandise not labeled or signed with price. No employees to check you out. 8 customers standing in line to pay for their purchase.

This is one of our favorite stores to shop for home goods and supplies. They rarely run out of stock and you rarely need a rain check. The associates are friendly and very accommodating and the check out line is fast and easy.

As always everyone is very helpful to me. Perhaps they help me without my asking because they can see I am an older person.

This store is very close to my home in Sun City. Because I am a recent widow, I try to do many of the things around the house that my husband used to do. The employees are always very helpful in explaining to me how to do things that used to be done by my husband. I am not always successful in doing everything I try, but Home Depot helps me to at least try on my own.

Love shopping at the Perris store its kept clean and the employees that work there seem to be happy. When employees are happy it shows in their work and how they treat their customers and I must say I am always greeted and given great customer service. Keep up the good work Perris store ...you all get a raise...lol

I would like to see more variety in the home cleaning products. Also, I would like to see more plants in the Garden Area. The store is always well staffed, and when the cashiers do not have anyone in line they stand near the isle and ask if I need any help.

Excellent customer service made all of us customers feel special and we were acknowledged and helped quickly even though the store was extra busy for a black Friday sale. All employees that came by where we were waiting in appliances asked if we were being helped and they called for extra assistance.

All of the employees are friendly and helpful. Some know more about where to find things than others; but those that don't know will call or go online to find out.

I like coming to this store. The ratio of employees to shoppers is really good. Things are well labeled, easy to find. Associates are friendly and it's nice to see the same familiar faces always ready to drop what they're doing to help a customer out.

On October 17 at the workshop the person who was running it was discriminating against my wife and wanted us to wait two hours before starting the work shop. Which I find unacceptable the work shop Did not start on time and they started preparing for the workshop at the time it was going to start they start. Due to these actions I recommend people to avoid this Home Depot at all cost and Intel they change the customer service and take action on this Home Depot employee.
