When I walked in the back door, lumber area, everything was nice and organized, everywhere I looked it was clean. All the carts where all in straight rows and conveniently placed inside the door

Clean , low stock on many items but alot are order on line.

I bought flooring for a she shed at the Pittsburg store and was helped by a woman named Billie who took her time showing me different options and prices - laminate flooring vs. carpeting. She helped make my time in the store enjoyable and my decision on what to buy much easier! All the employees that I encountered, including the cashier, were polite and friendly. I will continue doing business here and highly recommend it to everyone! What a pleasure it is to do business here.

Bought a stove and refrigerator when they delivered the refrigerator didn't work and they refused to hook up the stove It needed converted from natural gas to propane. They charged to hook it up then refused to do it stating it was to big of a libility

Store very clean I was acknowledged on entering very helpful.

We've purchased several thousand dollars worth of materials for a church renovation project and they have been super helpful all along the way. It certainly makes this difficult process alot easier.

I purchased the Lakeside Hill Oak Vinyl Flooring for my whole house. It will be installed on April 25 and 26, and I am excited to get this. I will have to do an update after it is installed. I am excited it is waterproof and high traffic lifeproof. For 25 years, I have had lament flooring, although it was pretty, it was very slick when damp or wet and NOT waterproof.......I had 3 water leaks over those 25 years and ruined the areas of the floor the water touched. I would NEVER got back to Lament.

I bought pathway lights and they look amazing. They’re sturdy & bright. They add a lot to the looks of my house.

The level of stupidity and ignorance was unreal by the two boys working in the paint department. Very unsatisfied with our visit and won't be back. I have never in all my life! They need to find new jobs and know absolutely nothing about paint and stain.

If you need help picking out appliances, ask for Peggy! She's very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us through the whole process and made sure we made it out the door with everything we needed

Tried to make a simple exchange for something they sold me that was opened, used and missing pieces. I got nothing but attitude from the returns desk. This is why people go to the Joplin location.

New dryer was delivered last week and works great! It drys clothes fast and no need for dryer sheets or softener as the clothes come out nice and soft. Really like the inside light and fold down door. Very happy with my new dryer.

We traveled to Pittsburg because a closer Home Depot did not have what we needed in stock. The employees were helpful and efficient. We were in and out very quickly.

Brynnon helped us a lot. First he cut the wire for us, and then he helped us load the bricks in store and outside. He also was a great help to us in 2022 when we purchased two large tables and wood. He helped us load and secure those as well. Very hard worker and excellent customer service!

I just purchased a log splitter at your Pittsburgh Kansas store. The employees that helped me were professional and pleasant to deal with. The cashier was probably one of the nicest I have ever dealt with, very pleasant and made a extra effort to have a conversation with me. Good customer service in my opinion.
