When asking for assistance pointing in a general direction is not the response I would expect. Possibly lead me to a general isle or maybe even the product you are trying to sell me. Also when you ask for help and you are told no one is available yet you look over and see 8 associates standing in front of the registers just chatting is a little annoying. Not the best experience I have had at any home depot. I have shopped at many Home Depots around the country. This is by far the worst experience I have had and it has been multiple times over now. We don't have many options as far as stores out here so I am forced to continue my dealings with this store.

I found help easily and he found what we were looking for. As a result we were in and out in record time.

Kenneth was a delight. He was funny and engaging during the check-out process. He even opened up a box that had some external damage to check on the contents inside.

Compared to other homedepot stores (Bloomfield, CT) the staff was wonderfully helpful and solicitous. As I was wondering about the store, four different people asked me if I neede help.

We were pleased with the help and assistance we received. We were disappointed that we could not easily obtain an upright freezer around 10cf (anywhere we looked) but are okay with what we bought, both the size and the price. Doubt it will last the 40 years that our last upright freezer did.

An associate in the electrical department was extremely helpful in solving a knotty problem I had.

We recently moved and have have made several trips to this Home Depot and there is always someone to greet us and ask us if we need help finding products. They are always exactly where the associate directed us to. They have all been very friendly.

GREAT STORE,GREAT HELP IN PLUMBING, CUTTING WOOD ,CLEAN STORE.

We were looking for a couple of items in tools: A 3/4 spark plug socket and an extension bar. We brought in a spark plug from a snowblower we were having a hard time starting and had the associate check the condition. He gave us a couple of ideas on how to start the snowblower and also recommended the we buy some gumount starting fluid.

I was very happy with the service at the millwork department.

I was looking for some small clips, when I explained to the store associate ,William, what I was looking for and my intended use for the clips, he immediately knew what I needed and where to find the items in the store. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the location of these small clips in the myriad items , large and small, stocked in this store. Good Job, William !

At pick-up 4 associates behind the desk and only 1 with a customer and had to wait 30 minutes to be assisted. At purchase felt rushed in decision making about extended warranties and pick up date. Should have ordered online and had product delivered to avoid this.

Shopping for a new washing machine. Found the one we wanted and had looked at online. Tom Connelly the Appliance Specialist was very helpful and could answer our questions. The only downside is having to wait over a week for delivery. Laundry piles up fast.

This Home Depot is always neat and clean. The staff is always helpful and seem to know the location of everything in the store.

Today was my third visit when trying to purchase some unfinished pantry cabinets as I have used the app and website and saw the items I wanted were in stock (1 available) but they could not be located. My wife was getting frustrated and my project was stalled several times. This time the inventory quantity had increased online and I decided to call ahead. I am amazed because of the superb service I received this evening. The Associate that took my call walked over to the Aisle and Bay I had retrieved, along with model number and store SKU, from the website and he asked for my name and number so he could investigate. A short while later he phoned me and found what I needed and a similar discontinued item as well. He had such patience, he measured everything (spot on too), and had them waiting on a cart for my arrival. Thanks my man.
