I really wish that you would not leave step ladder/staircase in the aisles unattended and blocking pass through. Also in the inside plant sections there needs to be enough room to fit a carriage through.

ERIKA in self-checkout helped me twice… helping me scan then directing me to a specific aisle for another item. Also another employee in appliances helped direct me and walked over to the product. The garden center is massive!

My experience was great tonight mainly because the service I got from one employee was excellent her name was Tammy I wish every store had people working there like her

I shop at the Plymouth Home Depot store and enjoy my shopping experiences there. Anytime I have had a question an associate has provided me with an answer. The store is just a very pleasant place to shop.

I have not gone to HD for a while because the "Blue" store is closer but I will always go to Home Depot after today! I was looking for an HVAC filter that was not on the shelf. First several employees approached me to help which has never happened at the "Blue" Store. A manager looked up the product, found it on a high shelf on a pallet, took it down, handed to me, and I was on my way. Great customer service for $22. I will always shop at Home Depot from now on.

I purchased a New refrigerator / Freezer, great service only wish it was available for same or next day service otherwise a great experience.

I buy supplies and stock for my truck here all the time. Great people, and great prices. Prices on black malleable gas pipe is significantly cheaper than well-known supply houses in the Plymouth - Norwell area. Will definitely recommend shopping here!

We used the self check-out. An associate who saw us debating how to use it came over to help with a warm greeting, friendly smile - and it turned out we have a mutual friend. Rodney is a valuable associate!
