I can get what i need, but i always leave disappointed with the staff. I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes to get to a different location.

Every time I visit this location workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Always happy to lend a hand .

All the employees were friendly helpful. Call me when I was looking for very courteous.

Favorite Home Improvement and tool store. All stores are lined up the same.

I live in Clarkston Michigan. There’s four other Home Depot’s close to me and The Pontiac Store Telegraph Road was the most helpful.

I needed help with my Wheel Barrow - some replacement parts vs buying a new one - when money was really tight. I had unexpected 5k college bill - the Assistant Store Manger Nikki really came through and help me out.

Got what I needed, they HAD what I needed 99% of the time I go in there. huge shout out to Peggy at the register, made my day alot better. Fast and easy check out!

A lady said she would help put in my information for a generator estimate. The owner of Holland Heating & Cooling called that night. I forgot to call back. Called yesterday someone was here today put down payment for Generac Generator & GREAT JOB Home Depot GREAT JOB!!!

I recently bought a Husky brand drain snake and it worked very well. I was able to unclog a basement floor drain that runs between a laundry tub to a sump pump that had been draining very slow for some time. I had gone online and compared this tool to other offers from other retailers and online companies and found this tool to be the best price and it performed fantastic!

I recently went to Home depot to find a gift for my partner and I could not find the item I wanted anywhere. I had two associates, LaVerne and Antione help me locate my item and they were amazing. My item wasn’t out on the floor yet and they did everything they could to find it. Extremely grateful for their help!

Very poor customer service skills at this location. They’re more interested in talking amongst themselves over acknowledging customers present.

Terrible store. Messy. Trash all over...racks and empty shelves laying in aisles.... empty pallets laying on floor for people to trip on. 1 cashier, 100 foot checkout line!! No returns cashier?! Where was the management to help their employees? Last time coming to this location for sure!

I am always greeted with smiles when shopping Pontiac Home Depot. Employees are always friendly and willing to help me find what I came for. Strange I always seems to buy more than what I went in for :)

Bought a snow blower in the box and the young fellows did a great job getting it for me.

I have had issues ordering the right size dishwasher and all the associates were helpful and willing to work with me to find the right machine. I could not believe their kindness and I was grateful. I love this store because the associates are very willing to help with a smile.

great people working there, they don't run from you and they actually help the customer at least in Pontiac, Michigan, not so much in Round lake Beach, IL. nor in Gurnee, IL. There you are on your own

I needed a 3-wire set up for my security lights outside and Home Depot was the only store that had them in stock.

I was sent to this store from another store to purchase something, the store employee and manager both went above and beyond to assist me, including getting the item down from the rafters and assisting me with unboxing it to load it into my vehicle. Bill (possibly the store manager) provided amazing customer service and went above and beyond for me as a customer!

Have been to many home improvement stores and this by far had best customer service and very organized and stocked

I truly enjoy shopping at Home Depot. The sales associates are friendly, customer oriented and knowledgeable and their products. They make my shopping experience very pleasant.

I have purchased many things at the Pontiac Home Depot over the years, and remain a satisfied customer. They have a good stock of many items, competitive prices, the employees are friendly, and checkout is always fast, whether I self-checkout or use a cashier.

We are from out of town and stopped to look for a heated jacket for Christmas. Laverne, a sales associate was more than kind to my mom and I. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was fun to talk to. She is a great example of what every sales associate should be.

I had to return a rental ladder my job provided, and there was a bit of confusion at the checkout as to how the refund should be handled. I was MAJORLY impressed with the accuracy the cashier reported my situation with when she called for a Mgr to come up and assist. It was like verbatim. and It was a lot that I said. she relayed the info precisely as I would have wanted her to.
