Dana at checkout was very helpful when we made our purchase.

This store is perpetually clean and organized. Very often assistants have good knowledge of products outside the department in which they work. I have found if an assistant can't help me they immediately offer to get someone from that department to help me. I have received help in the past with product knowledge, assistance in taking heavy items to my car, and directions to the item I am looking for. I enjoy shopping there because the staff are efficient and never waste my time. This is important to me because I want to get back to my project as soon as possible.

Great store to shop at. In particular, this Home Deport employees the neatest associate named David. Try to shop when David is on duty. He is a breath of fresh air. Big grin and so welcoming to everyone. Jolly! I'm sure there are other smiling associates too-it's just that I've encountered David twice so it's timely to mention him. The garden shop is relegated to the bottom of the pecking order in this store-getting knowledgable help is hard to do. Rare to find someone out there who knows about the stock who can guide one in the direction of a fitting garden purchase.

The staff were helpful, friendly and knowlegeable. They have a way of making me feel like a valuable customer. They were able to direct me in the area I needed to be in order to make my purchase. The lines were well controlled and waiting time to check out was quick and efficient. I'll take this type of service anytime.

I live in another state. I was trying to order on line. But was unable to do so. I called the store directly and had an awesome customer service representative Ada. She was helpful and took care of my needs.

Shopping at Home Depot is almost like being in a candy store. Such a wonderful range of products and choices....and all topped off with a friendly, helpful sales staff.

I have been coming to this store for 3 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They seek out customers. They don't hide from them. The store has always been clean and organized in my experience. There are enough cashiers on duty so I'm not held up at the cash register. In the past if someone didn't know how to help me, I was led by that person to someone who could help me. I also feel the prices are fair.

The cashier was amazing and ever so friendly. She appeared to love working with people. I was ignored by associates working the floor. One almost ran into me as if I were not there.

I have to say that the employees and the manger are very attentive to there customers , i'm doing a remodel on my rental and everyone has been so helpful

Customer service has very good people working there they are all very helpful. We did find everything that we were looking for and the store was very clean. I will shop there often.

Some of the employees where not very helpful. They acted like we where bothering them. When we went to get paint the lady working acted like we where bothering her and we had questions but she wasn't very nice. Now the cashier at the Pro Desk Dawn i believe was her name she said she doesn't work that desk but she was the most helpful and so was the other employees that worked that desk. Dawn really went out of her way to help me.

Great customer service! Some policies on returns and certain products they carry could be analyzed a little better but at the end the day it’s the employees that have made this visit pleasant.

I would like to say that if you visit the Pooler Store you will be greeted and helped during your time shopping there. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

I enjoy shopping at Homedepot, I also tell family and friends to purchase gifts cards for my birthday, mother's day and Christmas .
