Brandy was my cashier and she is WONDERFUL! I couldn't find any help in lumber as they were too busy driving the forklifts around and waving flags. She quickly called Jorge to assist me in the lumber department. Jorge was so kind and helpful. As I was checking out, I want to note that one of the lumber employees was stocking water in the contractor's refrigerator while Jorge, who works in power tools was assisting me. I am giving this a 5 star Review because neither Brandy or Jorge hesitated to assist me. Thank you

I shop at the Pooler Home Depot Store often and I am always happy to see Bruce Wilson's big, beautiful smiling face! I usually see him in the Garden Department and it is HOT! Bruce has never once complained and is always happy to assist me with my purchases. If you go into Home Depot, ask for Bruce and he will make your day!

Friendly, knowledgeable employees, excellent selection of products, reasonable prices, hassle-free return policy. They even had free hot dogs on Memorial Day! What more can you ask?

The service here is sensational. If drive farther just to go. Best Home Depot I've ever been to.

I had a return to make which was my fault, I had bought the wrong item previously, an indoor A/C portable unit. The matter was carried out within 1 minute of entering the store and was processed with a friendly smiling Carlee , quick and with no hassle, out of the door within 4 minutes. Great friendly service.

As I walked up to the front door today, June 19, 2017, around 11:30 am, there was an employee (white female) sitting on the plastic chairs you have on front. She was smoking her electric cigarette. It looked terrible. You need to have another area for you employees to smoke at, even though you could not smell it.

The Pro Desk is always efficient and helpful. I can get in and out quickly and back on the job. Amanda, Paula and Courtney are the best.

My cashier was Brandy. She was very welcoming and friendly. I will go back and hope I have her or another person like her as my cashier again...

This store is constantly disorganized. There are always as many items in the isles blocking access to the shelves as there are things on the shelves. The employees are lazy and not willing to help and/or lack the knowledge in their department to help

Friendly and helpful every time i shop , shelves are always stocked up and ready to go. If i ever need anything, all i have to do is ask.

The associates were very helpful and informative. Usually, I find it difficult to even find an associate to help me in most big box stores. Home Depot is a well staffed and pleasant to shop.

The store was well stocked with items for inside and outside planting. The store associate, Craig Clark, was AWESOME! For a novice of planting, the assistance given me was very much appreciated.

Good value on the product sold. You can't beat their prices. But you will be on your own in terms of customer support. You'll have to hunt down any help you may need, because they are under staffed.

The store is well stocked and clean. The sales personnel are helpful and knowledgeable. They offer solutions to all of our home building needs.

From the store manager, to the gentlemen in the tiles department (Ernest and Melvin), to the friendly cashier, Jazmine, who checked me out, my trip to this Home Depot was second to none. The store was clean, well-lit, and the employees proactively asked, "Are you finding everything you need?" I don't live in Pooler, but will drive there whenever I need to visit a Home Depot!!!
