Everything was good. The help of the associate in the store and the cashier.

I tried three times with customer service to get help retrieving what I wanted from a high shelf. It was too heavy for me and I wanted 5 of them. No-one seemed to care about helping their customers. I left without buying them. I will go elsewhere

The truck rental was relatively easy and the clerks were very helpful. Too bad they only have a limited number of trucks for rent. I had to wake up very early to make sure I was the first one in the store for the rental.

I HAD TROUBLE GETTING ASSOCIATES TO HELP ME WITH A PROBLEM AND WAS UNABLE, SO I TALKED TO THE MANAGER, HEATHER AND SHE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND CONCERNED AND SAID SHE WOULD FIND THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR LACK OF HELP. I WOULD URGE DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS TO TAKE A LITTLE MORE TIME AND TALK TO THE MANAGER. THAT'S THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM.

Gives you a warm local feeling like you would get from a small town hardware store....yet has the volume and variety of a super store. Why go anywhere else.

in store product (neem oil) which before hand i didn't know what i needed to attack my problem with my hydrangea's. I have what is called hydrangea scale per the women in the pesticide department. Couldn't believe she knew what I had just by describing what was on my plants to her and she knew exactly how to combat the problem.

Great shopping experience! Store associate provided excellent assistance in getting down a Weber charcoal chimney from the bay. He had no problem getting the area manager to assist in finding the item and then locating an orange ladder to get it down. The cashier, Presnel was courteous from the beginning of my transaction to thanking me for shopping!

This is the third time that I have gone to this Home Depot and the items shown on the website were not in the store, nor did anyone know if they could find them in the stock room. Plus, your selection in stock was extremely limited. While this store is convenient to my home, I will travel a little farther to get a store that is well stocked or I will just start going to your competitor which recently opened a new store in my area.
