Installer did a wonderful job installing both doors although the main door had a few scratches on the back it’s usable. The doors were installed on March 19, 1925

I needed a little more help with the supplies for a roof job found it a bit difficult to find what I needed given the short in supplies maybe when shipments get better.

I just bought a washer drier at Home Depot. Everyone at the store was very helpful. When it was delivered, I showed the guys where it was going on the third floor. They went outside and in a few minutes, they called me to show me a big dent in the front. I spoke to appliance people at Home Depot and they were very pleasant and rescheduled. Second delivery came and was also damaged after they saw it went on the third floor. The third delivery was supposed to be a "White Glove delivery" where they checked everything prior to delivery. Third time it came with a messed up plug that couldn't plug in or replaced. I called to cancel, was told I wouldn't get the credit to my card for 7 to 10 days. I asked for a supervisor, was told one would call me back in 30 to 45 minutes, but no call. I cancelled the order and found the same washer/ drier cheaper at a retabe local appliance store.

Friendly and helpful

I needed help two different times from two different associates and they were both very knowledgeable, kind and, helpful to both myself and my family !!

Nobody cares and I don't blame them. I can't imagine there is any incentive to actually try and provide any customer service. The only orange-apron wearing person that didn't actively avoid eye contact, didn't know where anything was. Another customer thought I worked here and asked me to help them find something, and when I said "Sorry, I don't work here" he asked me where the bathrooms are. I can't with this place

Very helpful in getting heavy equipment that I needed for a job and also very helpful in helping me expand my business through a pro account that I was able to set up with two wonderful people that took the time to walk me through the process I look forward to my next Supply run at the Home Depot

Stop putting used products back on the shelves

Very dirty in there, nothing was where it was supposed to be. It was extremely hard to find framing nails.

Workers will watch you struggle before they offer to help.

While I wi admit, the race to the bottom of Home Depot stores in Philadelphia is always a tight race… but the port Richmond store is extra special…. And by that I mean it’s extra horrible….

Satisfied with product

I needs to purchase an object, however when I found it, it was sitting on the shelf all dusty, if Depot were to clean up their shelf products it would show that they actually appreciate their customers.

For the most part my store visits are fine. However your staff at this location could be more friendly.

I need a 350 ft.² of Astroturf that was Youvi rated the flooring professionals check the ratings and identify the difference on several products offered and then went the extra mile and ended up doing hand rolled packaging of the flooring needed so I could get my job done

I was on the store on this weekend end ,, very unsatisfactory worker never help or ask me if I need it anything,, and I ask they never know nothing

Ask for Brian Anderson when buying a washing machine. He knows a lot about them. Ervid the manager understand customer service very well. Something happened to my washing machine and Ervid sorted it out.

This Home Depot is always well stocked & employees are eager to help when needed.

The workers greeted me when i entered the store, they were very helpful and the shelves were stocked.

I purchased blinds 2 months ago and had to go back due to a malfunction. Staff remembered and took good care of me 🥰

Some are very good here but a lot of the employees are NOT simple problem solvers and act like machines. Really horrible and they completely disregard people who are stealing and walking out the door.

I've only had one really good experience at this location. If not for Mike helping me out with finding items that I needed for my boss that is a General Contractor I would have walked around forever. Mike came to my rescue despite his rude Manager. I am in and out of this location and can not tell you how many times I leave in disgust. Staff isn't willing or knowledgeable about helping or flat out gives bad and misleading information. RETRAIN or HIRE employees that want to do the job.
