Everything is neat the workers are helpful if need them and always available.

The store has a wide variety of items in stock; however, I did not find all of the store associates or the store manager helpful. I went into the Castor Avenue store yesterday (with my Contractor) to purchase both exterior and interior doors for a property that I am renovating. ( In the past year, I have spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot in just about every department). We needed a particular door with L-sided hinges, but the one available was damaged (dents, chipped, dirty and returned in horrible condition). I asked a Caucasian Store Associate for assistance and asked how much of a discount would I get for that particular item. Without hesitation, he said "Fifteen dollars". I disputed that amount, suggesting that I should get at least twice that amount as the door was in terrible condition for resale. He never offered to contact the Store Manager, so I left the item there. When we got to the checkout desk, I registered my complaint to the cashier (who promptly called the Store Manager). The Manager never bothered to come to the location , but basically agreed with the associates decision (over the telephone). I requested an online receipt, but didn't get one. Also, I was told that the Associates (who were sitting around) could not order a requested item for me for pickup at another store location, that I would have to go to either of the checkout locations to do so. I was NOT at all satisfied with customer service practices at the Castor Avenue store!

Associates are always helpful and there's usually at least one if not more people to assist. The managers are also very helpful whenever I have a problem. Returns are easy, staff is generally friendly.

Received great help in the appliance dept. The associate who helped me did not even belong in that dept. But, he offered his help until the associate from appliance showed.

I like it.it takes 5 stars and I recorded it for my friends

Walked in, knew where the items I wanted were from previous shopping trips. Went right to the items, and used the self-checkout. In and out in a matter of minutes.

We are renovating a home qe bought in kensington. We literally visit this location everyday or every other day. Always has what we need.

They very organized and everything very easy to find and their customers service is onpoint whenever you need help ill definitely recommend shopping at the home depot.........

This was my first trip to this stare. My daughter recently move to Philly and she needed a washer and dryer, Mom & Dad to the rescue. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. My purchase was completed quickly and delivery was set up for when we needed it.

On Monday December 28,2015 I stopped in my local Home depot store at 2539 Castor ave. Phila., Pa 19134 to buy lumber to build 2 reptile cages for my snakes. I had so many questions and concerns. Then I met Twang. An employee in the lumber section. He helped me choose the best lumber at the best price. Next was having the lumber cut. I saw marker writing that said "no precision cuts". I got nervous. I am nowhere near being any kind of skilled carpenter. I had copied measurements of the internet to build these cages. Twan said "Lets see what you got and let's make these cages happen!". I was so over joyed, my heart was about to explode. Like Twan had blessed me with life. He mad me feel so comfortable and confident that my project and dreams were going to happen and come true. Twan made me feel like a mvp QB that had just won the super bowl. Twan was great. Superb customer service skills, always had a smile on his face,He made me believe I could achieve my goals. Thanks Twan!!!!!

I had a really hard time finding these electrical parts today and I was really glad I had Warren help me..He knew just what it was I wanted...He explained everything to me and made me a Home Depot customer again..Everyone there was really very nice but , I'm so glad I came across him....He was patient too..I just can't say enough about him....

I was looking for a handle to replace on my toilet and found it right away and the store associate answered my questions completely. When I got home the replacement handle fit perfectly.

You know when people love they're jobs when they go above and beyond to help you with anything and every bring you need. Martin in the plumbing dept is extremely helpful and smart he knows his job well and is a great great employee. It's not everyday we have help like him thanks Martin

Went in looking for Christmas decorations. Found everything my wife and I needed to turn our house into a winter wonder land. Extremely satisfied.

Considering the shopping day of the year, Black Friday, every store associate I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. They all said good morning and offered assistance. They even had free coffee and donuts for the customers. The associates I dealt with directly went above and beyond. My cashier was extremely pleasant. I never would have thought that on the busiest shopping day of the year, that I would have had such a good visit to The Home Depot. Thank You Sierra/SMC1770...You Rock

Absolutely wonderful experience...Cathy the manager and all her store associates were extremely helpful. Cathy asked what we were looking for and she had the store associates pull everything for we were looking for! I was in and out the store in less than 2 minutes!
