I have been going to Home Depot for years to get my materials and have never been disappointed. I have enjoy the fact they let me bring my dog Charlie in with me. Employees see him and I coming and yell out Charlies here. It shows how many times we go there. If I mention that I need to go to Home Depot, he will get excided and run to the door. I love it and makes his and my day. Thank you Home Depot.

Wanted to but a Glass Hinged Shower door for around $800 and have Home Depot Install it via a third party they use. I was told I would be getting a call to schedule someone to quote the install. What i got was a call from “Bath Outfitters” via Home Depot. Who after coming to the house, wanted to install their door own for over $4,000. It was a simple “Bat and Switch”….. Needless to say, we won’t be buying our shower door from Home Depot. I want to say that I will continue to be a Home Depot customer, but not happy how this happened.

I’m happy that all four appliances I purchased will arrive in only a week and one delivery.

Well organized store.

Storage systems, furniture are not up to quality levels they were 5 or six years ago.

I had nothing but problems after I paid in full for my carpet and installation. The installer had terrible availability (12+ weeks), they then cancelled 24 hours before the installation. I also paid an upcharge to have furniture moved. When they didn't move it back I was told that moving furniture back was not part of the service. The installer also left a gap in the carpet seam so they had to come back (required more painful scheduling) to re-glue the seam. Home Depot did very little and left the customer to work directly with thier vendor. Save yourself a huge headache and go somewhere else.

They have inexperienced delivery people who didn't even have the proper tools so we went DAYS without a stove and fridge with a baby in the house!! They also told me I'd need a plumber which cost another $200.00, for nothing cause the plumber didn't need to fix anything!!

Was in the store for 35 minutes and no help on finding what I needed, and when I did it was where I would never look.

Everytime I come to Portage home depot I always find great deals and cool stuff they have beautiful healthy plants bushes and trees my garden looks amazing you can't go wrong in any of the departments there is always a Happy face willing to help.

Bought a new freezer from the same sales clerk we bought a refrigerator from a couple of months ago. She is very customer focused and friendly to work with. She throughly answered all the questions we had concerning the purchase.

Robin was a great help in putting together my order.

The Portage store always exceeds my expectations... Everyone in the store is always so helpful and courteous you don't understand how much I appreciate that being a disabled person. Employees will go above and beyond to help you if you need it as is the case the other day I picked up 10 bags of quickcrete that I needed. A young man named Trevor went above and beyond to help me get the 10 bags off the shelf, onto a cart and into my car, while doing it with a smile and great personality and conversation!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ To Trevor and all of the staff at the Portage, Michigan store. ...

I was tired I had been all over the place with my daughter and Avery took the time to be efficient at her job yet aknowledged my daughter and treated her so sweetly! Our kids are little people and that stuff makes their day when they are running errands all day. I also had a young dark haired girl help me in the paint section. She made sure I went home with the right paint and noticed it on her own. I told her that a previous Home Depot sent me home with it. She explained that while they did it wasn’t tinted so would explain why before I had issues. I LOVE portage Home Depot they are my favorite ever!!!

I've been making a lot of trips to the home depot as I'm enhancing the storage in my garage and home. Also, the warmer weather means more things to get for outdoor projects. I'm always happy to shop here and the personnel always seem friendly and helpful.

Friendly employees but store is filthy! Dust and dirt. Feels like I am shopping in a gravel pit. Also, finding the right Milwaukee power tools was difficult, they were scattered all over the place.

My daughter has worked for HD for 7 years a different location. She always says how much HD takes pride in their customer service. Now this poratge location is not always the best, but I will say on this busy Sunday the girl at Pro desk Sarah was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us! They guys helped load were great too! The lady Debra in appliances was a huge help even running my missed paperwork to the front of the store! Great job team! This is what service is all about! Oh yes the guy from Australia in paint was a absolute life saver helping us too! Kudos to your team! They should be recognized for this review!

Had to cancel a $11,000 order because their online system oversold the materials. Home depot didn't want to honor the purchase agreement.

We were greeted when we walked in. A worker directed us to the isle we needed for what we came for. Had a few different sizes to choose from. Made the purchase and left happy.

I purchased Scott’s triple fertilizer- staff was very knowledgeable and helpful

Went to store ordered online sent to my home, display case was broken and there was a loose router bit laying in the bottom of the case, router bits were fine

Stop treating your all your customers as thief’s.

Despite several folks in my way as I tried to navigate through your Narrow Lane stores with displays to sell me more crap I don't need everywhere, the inventory that I needed was not in stock for transition strips. I Don't Feel Home Depot is too concerned about contractor convenience

Even if the staff members are busy with other customers, they acknowledge you, and try to give a quick answer

I bought a dishwasher there and everyone was very helpful. The staff knew I was shopping other stores but they still offered me insight into what they offered. I have purchased all my appliances from. Home Depot and have found the store to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Craig in Millwork, “RRX4G8” (ARG! can’t remember her name back in Appliances!!!), a gentleman from Building Materials who tried to help me find what I was looking for, in another Deptartment (A for Effort!), and Avery at the Return desk who processed my purchase even though I didn’t have my card.
