Store is overcrowded with merchandise. no one is there to help you find out where to locate the product you are interested in. Salesperson who waited on me seemed apathetic,as if I was a bother. Not knowledgeable about the products, and didn't offer to see if she could look into any of the things I was curious about

Always friendly and helpful

Select products with care. Some times, used and returned products are stocked and sold as new.

Denise & Kyler are the BEST, they went out of their way to help us get our much needed air conditioner, Kyle got on the truck on got it so we didn't have to come back later to pick it up! You could tell they enjoy their job and each other, they were so fun to deal with.

I love Home Depot! They have everything that I am interested in and the employees are super nice and helpful. I always recommend Home Depot to my friends when they talk about other stores. The Home Depot is clean. The signs at each aisle show what is down the aisle and that is so helpful, especially if I am in a hurry, which is seldom because I like to look around!.

I go to this Home Depot since its conveniently located near my work place. I am getting familiar with the layout so I can get to the aisle that has the items I'm looking for. I did ask at the service desk where to find the Hardware Cloth I was looking for, and they were able to look it up for me and direct me to the correct aisle. Nancy was at the checkout and immediately asked if she could help me, she did offer me the opportunity to get a savings on my purchase by signing up for the HD Credit, which I declined.

Associates consistently pleasant. Good inventory. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will offer to get it. Or suggest where you can find it.

Great store! I was helped immediately. They sell RoundUp, front and center, which is poison to bees and people. It causes cancer. I would applaud this store ceasing to carry it, as other large chain stores have.

I really like this store and location but it is small and crowded. It needs to expand its floor space considerably. The garden center certainly needs more space. The personnel have always been knowledgeable and helpful here.

The associates, Mike and Frank, at the tool repair desk were extremely helpful and friendly. They both did a great job. The store is clean and well organized. The cashier was wonderful too and very kind to my grand kids.

Associates in hardware, Keith, all tool rental people, Rashod, at register, directed me to right department. Most helpful, experienced, knowledgeable people with problem solving skills!

I came over from Battle Creek, - and my time is valuable!. What a great visit with fantastic results. The employees were very courteous, well-informed, & helped me open up my new Home Depot account, including assisting me in two large purchases which also gave me a large Discount! (Especially employee cashier Ms. Valiah!). . .I will be back to do more shopping @ HD!

First, Alan from your flooring department was extremely helpful and very professional. He helped me save on buying tile by taking his time out to get a better quote which helped me save and I’m grateful for that. He was extremely proficient. I came in to purchase the tile and George and another associate helped my husband load the tile. They were very kind and helpful. Wow your store is awesome and your employees are very helpful and kind. Very positive shopping experience.

We have always been satisfied with this particular Home Depot. If they do not have a particular product they find a way to get it for you. Employees are friendly and helpful.

The store was well stocked with many products that I could not locate in other home improvement stores. The associates readily came up to see if I needed assistance; and were very courteous and knowledgeable. The store was in top shape and very clean in appearance. The cashier was extremely helpful in sharing other store services that could assist me with my home project that I was working on. Appreciated the great service I received! Will continue to shop here as my home improvement store!

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the assistants I needed to purchase a kitchen faucet and took their time to explain how to change it out. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my home needs. Excellent customer service.
