Customer service is alive and well at the Portsmouth N H Home Depot. It is our "go to" store for home maintenance.

This is a great store where staff members always provide excellent service.

Associates very helpful. Store is clean. Motorized vehicles available, run well and consistently charged.

Store is generally clean and neat with some knowledgeable staff members. If you go frequently you know who can help.

To date this Home Depot Store is our favorite. We frequent your stores in Florida(winters), Maine and Portsmouth NH in Summer. This particular day was a bad one. Returned to the store 3 times, with product issues. Dianne (8215) made a bad day so much better. Every employee that I came in contact with was helpful, & knowledgeable. This is the only time we have had an issue. Generally a great store!!

Store stock is good and easy to find and the sales people are great.

We have been shopping at Home Depot stores for almost 40 years. We've been in many of their. stores across this country. Out of all the Home Depots we have shopped at, the Portsmouth store #3409 is definitely our favorite. The associates and managers are the best we'v ever encountered. I highly recommend this store for all your home improvement needs.

We had a complicated issue regarding missing parts for an out of state delivery and Paul at the Customer Service desk was patient, understanding, and very helpful.

Easy to find products and very helpful employees! Today we spent time in the garden ctr and got all that we were looking for!

The installation contractor, John Bean & Son, did a superb job installing my laundry room cabinets. I highly recommend them! These guys are honest craftsmen, the Project was completed on time, within my budget and they left the worksite clean and tidy, I am SO thrilled with my beautiful, new laundry room - and I’m very happy I hired John Bean & Son !

This Home Depot has beautiful, well- cared for plants in the Gardening Department. Really amazing associates in Kitchen Design, Flooring section and in the Paint Department. They go the extra mile to make shopping a top-notch experience for their customers !

Employees on the floor were extremely helpful in helping me locate the product that I was looking for and explained the differences in the various CO detectors. Cashier welcomed me to her register and was quick and efficient with a smile.

If you know what you want and where it is, then by all means go to this store. If you are going to need help, I'd avoid this store.

Build with skill and then chill. Store 34 is the store with more to adore.

Dana was extremely helpful with a number of products, answered all our questions with patience. He found a way to mix the odd color sample we wanted and it looks fantastic in our kitchen. We are coming in today to get full size! Thanks, Jim

Great,friendly people

I visited the store on New Years Day after a very stressful morning including misplacing my wallet. I had selected some items to purchase and the staff at the "Returns" counter held my items to be returned as well as those to be purchased until I could come back later in the day with my identification and credit card. I fond them to be very empathetic and understanding

Great store with great employees! Bob McDonald in the blinds dept. was a great help with the blinds I purchased. I was told earlier in the week that Blinds I was interested in could not be cut, I went back to look at more blinds later that week and upon discussion with Bob, he informed me the blinds can be cut! I purchased a bunch of blinds that were cut perfectly by Bob! They look great and my wife is also pleased, which is important. He also helped me with other store products that I needed out of his dept. Bob is truly an asset to the Portsmouth HD, and also to the many customers who shop there, Great job Bob McDonald!

They're poorly staffed with little or no managerial help evenings and weekends when most people shop

Tried to return 2 of 3 outlet covers I had purchased to try different styles. Turns out I was originally incorrectly charged for 2 of the same outlet covers in the first place. I had to argue with the return clerk that I had in fact purchased them in the first place. Felt like I was being accused of shoplifting a $6.38 faceplate! Never again.

Nice clean well stocked store. Very helpful employees ready to assist you, super friendly cashier on my visit.
