This store is always very well organized and I can find exactly what I'm looking for. The checkout is always fast and there are always associates available to help me. Will definitely return!

the carts seem to roll easy no matter what the load, this time it was concrete, a dozen bags, some lumber. the sales associate was friendly, helpful, and courteous. the aisles are stocked and very assessable to pick out what you want. some times I wander around and things come to mind that I need, some times I get ideas.

I had a good experience buying my new fridge at Home Depot.

I went in to Home Depot and immediately was created by the person working the front entrance. I said hello and continued on my way. I then noticed a nice vanity combo for a great price. I was shopping without my wife so instead of making a hasty decision I asked an associate named Stephanie. I told her my situation as I was about to do a whole remodel of my bathroom and the product she helped me pick was perfect. She had said it was a very neutral color so no matter what type of tile we put in our bathroom it would match. Thank you again Stephanie for your amazing customer service.

I am always pleased after I shop at this store. Everyone is very nice and helpful!

Sal came over to help me out as I was walking over to purchase a gas can for my lawnmower. He explained to me which one to get as well as how to mix the oil and gasoline for my weed wacker. He was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. Also Jamie at the customer service counter is very nice as well

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH POUGHKEEPSIE NY 12603 STORE FOR 2 YEARS NOW. I AM A HOMEOWNER ,I HAVE HAD MANY SMALL PROJECTS TO DO TO KEEP THIS 10 YEAR OLD HOME LIKE ANEW ONE. WITH THE HELP OF THE ASSOCIATES AT MY HOME DEPOT, ALL THE JOBS I NEED TO TACKLE CAN BE HANDLED IN ONE STOP SHOPPING. FROM SPECIAL PAINT MATCHING TO ELECTRICAL OR LUMBER ALL THE MATERIALS ARE IN STOCK AND FAIRLY PRICED.I ALSO ENJOY LOOKING THRU THE DISCOUNT/ DAMAGED LUMBER AND OTHER ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED OR PREVIOUSLY RETURNED.I AM VERY HAPPY EVEN WHEN I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM.NO PROBLEMS NICE RETURN POLICY EASY TO DEAL WITH THE PROFFESSION HELP THEY HAVE. I've shopped at this location and have found it to be a consistenty great experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I will continue to do my home needs shopping at this Home Depot store.

Found every thing I needed and the store employees were very polite

On this trip Kathi, the cashier in the garden center provided excellent service. She went out of her way to package our plants so they would not be damaged on the trip home. She was professional and courteous and friendly.

The in-store experience to order the carpeting and install was fine, as are the associates when you call. However, we ordered specific carpeting that is listed as being available for install within seven days because of an up-coming party. It's seven days tomorrow and the installers still have not called. I'll not be using Home Depot for carpeting again.

I went to the store and found exactly what I was looking for right away.

The gentleman in the paint department made an extra effort to match the color that I needed. A great example of customer service.

We were in the Wappingers Falls store a few nights ago and the associate was amazing in the paint dept. Tonight, we went to the Poughkeepsie store, and had the opposite experience. The associate was too busy playing with his green necklace beads. We finally got his attention, and were treated as if we were bothering him. After explaining what paint we needed, he mumbled something, got a can of paint , and mixed it. He plopped the can of paint on the counter, again mumbled(I believe he said here you go) and was walking away. We could barely notice the paint on top of the lid to confirm the color was what we asked for. He pointed to a drop of paint, the size of a BB and said,"its right there..". From now on, we will drive the extra 15-20 minutes to be treated as a customer rather than a nuisance.

Need advice about a project and also needed a piece of lumber cut. The sales associate at the pro desk did both. Good Job.

It's a great store to shop at because they are PET friendly and that is a great thing !.....

I needed help a number of times and every store associate I encountered was friendly and very helpful. My only complaint is that I don't think there's anything in the store that's not made in China. When I got home I googled the main product I bought and within seconds found it made in the USA, a better made product and for very little more in cost. American made products do exist, I just wish stores would carry them. I'm taking the item back to Home Depot and buying the American made one online.

Store associates were helpful and were able to help me when I could not find an item in store. The item was not available in store, but they located it online and printed out the info so I could order it online from Home Depot. They offered to order it for me, but I wanted to look up some info before I placed a special order. I was very pleased with the help I received, THANKS.

Specifically went to garden center and asked opinion on a few different products and associate took the time to give me his opinion and when he wasn't sure he then got another employee to come over for assistance. It was a nice experience.

store was clean, i was not greated by any associate nore asked for assistance. i was wondering around like a lost puppy for a little while and walked by many a associate.

VERY HELPFUL, CLERK WENT INTO THE BACK TO GET ME THE ITEM I WANTED THAT WAS OUT OF STOCK IN THE ISLE

Although the sheer volume of items in the store is daunting online ordering lists location of them and if just shopping in store the staff always seems to point us in the right direction.

Despite the fact that the product I was looking for was not readily found, two sales associates went out of their way to locate the product and bring it to me even loading it in my car after I made my purchase. The customer service that they provided was wonderful as well as a refreshing change in a day and time when customer service is a dying art.

This is clean, well organized and easy to navigate. The store associates are available, helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I enjoy going to this Home Depot to browse and get ideas for our home. We have never been disappointed with the items we have bought.
