The store was very organized and clean. I was able to find some of the things I was shopping for and things that I was not looking for but needed. I would come back again and bring others with me and recommend this store for their shopping needs.

Sales Associate in plumbing was extremely helpful and helped me select a new water heater and arranged for installation on my very limited time schedule. He went out of the way to not only talk to the Installation Company, but let me talk to them and describe my limited schedule. This in my mind was a plus. I could have bought a water heater at the other "big box" store, but they could only say that someone would call me in 3 business days to arrange to send someone out to look at the set up and then schedule an appointment. Since I was only in town for a few days leave from a deployment, this method would not allow the work to be done while I was at home. Home Depot, while more expensive than the other store's quote for install, guarantees that EVERYTHING would be included and that there would be no "add-on" costs at the time of the install. The other store wouldn't/couldn't do that. Very pleased with the entire Home Depot process. Install is to happen today. If it goes bad, I'll update the review. But so far, very pleased.

I have always been pleased with Home Depot. My store has always been clean, with courteous knowledgeable associates. I have never had problems with returns.Home Depot helps instill confidence with my customers ,which leads me to believe they also have had good experiences with your store.

I had my kitchen remodeled by Home Depot. It took under 8 weeks from start to finish. That's from ordering custom made cabinets and granite counter tops. The associates in the kitchen area where very helpful. Thanks again!! I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN.

Greeted immediately upon entering. Associates were friendly. When associate was needed to cut wood, both were at lunch/break. This was no problem because we had more shopping to do for our home project. Upon obtaining all needed items, we found that the wood cutters returned and my daughter proceeded to have the wood cut. Some minor corrections were made by senior associates and everything turned out fine. Check out was smooth and an associate helped transport our lumber and other purchases and also loaded them into our pickup. No problems noted at this time. The delay of associates not available to cut wood was not much of a problem, we were in no hurry.

Trey Hughes is an outstanding associate with Home Depot. He was so courteous and understanding of the needs I had for my window purchase. He offered many different suggestions for my purchase. I was so very happy with his service in helping me find and order the correct windows for my house from my measurements and descriptions. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with what I was ordering. I am extremely satisfied with all the effort and professionalism he put into helping me. I hope that Home Depot knows what a wonderful employee that they have in Trey. I will continue to purchase from Home Depot for all my future home remodeling items thanks to Trey. The store was very clean and organized, even with the new Black Friday stock being put out it was still very neat. The cashier that checked me out was Khadijah and she was extremely understanding that I had to do a spit payment of debit card and cash. My whole experience was over a total of 4 days and was always very pleasant.

If you live or visit the Montgomery area, the place to shop is at the Home Depot in Prattville, Al. You don't have to beg someone to help you. You don't feel like you are bothering someone to ask for help locating products. Thanks Prattville home depot team for your awesome services.

Home Depot is my favorite place to shop for building materials! Its so easy to find everything I need and they have reasonable prices! All workers there are very kind and friendly and I wouldn't mind working there myself.
