I was looking for what I'd thought would be a hard to find item, a lock assembly for an older style garage door. I typed what I was looking for on the app and the picture came up exactly what I was looking for. Clicked the map button and took me right to it.

I knew exactly what I was after, there was enough material for my needs. Other big box store did not have what I wanted therefor Home Depot received my business.

Very good experience in the millwork department picking up shutters for my husband. No problems as the associate loaded the cart for me. Checkout went reasonably fast with a pleasant gentleman who talked with me about the heat. I could have used some help loading the 75" shutters in my SUV however. None was offered as they were helping another lady. It took me 15 minutes I the heat to get the shutters in and get the tailgate closed, after one set fell out and hit me in the shin!

I checked a couple of other stores and the roll of sheet metal none of the other stores had on hand.

The store was clean but associates need to be trained more to assist customers and Do NOT descriminate against black customers!

Very under Staffed!!.As long as you don't need help it was well stocked.

items were mostly in stock,looked for flowers,to help combat insects

While buying paint recently, one associate pointed out items on sale and the associate who mixed my paint explained the differences in the quality of paints to ensure I purchased what I needed for my job! The associates were extremely friendly and helpful and the whole experience was great!

Kensil in paint and Betty in self checkout were amazing. Made my forced visit to Lowes yesterday that much more forgetful. I always recommend "Orange" to everyone when they ask which store I recommend. Keep up the great work.

The Home Depot has always provided a wonderful place to get all of my home needs. I have been remodeling our home, and doing it myself one project at a time. The associates were always very helpful not only in assisting me find the things I needed but also giving some great advice for the job I was doing.

Had the associate understood the difference between drain waste and vent fittings and pressure fittings and couplings for PVC I would not have had to stop my job and realized these fittings were not the correct type. Because I'm going to have this work inspected this would have failed inspection not to mention that these pressure fittings are not designed for drain systems.

The store is well organized and clean. I did not need any assistance during my visit. However, the cashier was very professional, courteous and helpful.

Thank you for you time and patience. This was what I thought would be an cut and dry project and turn into underlying issues that you don't know until you get into it. I WAS SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WHEN AN ASSOCIATE SAW ME AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED HELPING ME LOAD THE PRODUCTS I WAS GETTING INTO MY CART EVEN THOUGH I COULD HAVE MANAGED MYSELF. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.

The store was organized and I was able to find what I needed with no problem. Also gave me some ideas for other projects.
