Did not have an associate available in the department I shopped. Recieved help from a Cashier named Jacob on what product I should purchase for a home light fixture. Would like to see associates available throughout the entire day.

The Customer Service was EXCEPTIONAL. I did not expect to have this level of service. Roger was my associate. He was very professional, down to earth, and listened to what I needed. Roger provided options, both expensive and non-expensive for me to choose from. Roger not only helped me with my intended purchase, but helped me purchase items that I have been putting off due to lack of knowledge. Roger gave me confidence to purchases those items today rather than waiting. Roger let me know that I could return anything as long as I did it within 90 days. I normally bring a subject matter expert with me to help advise me. I'm pleased to say that the expert was already there when I got there. I will not have to return any of my purchases, as Roger's suggestions were spot on. I will certainly be back to this location for future purchases. Roger should be commended for a Job Well Done!

Wow did we ever get extraordinary service at this location! Kevin was one of the best associates I've ever had help me out in any store! The store was very clean and well stocked! We will definitely start shopping at this location!

Store was clean an they had what I needed but I was confused and needed help. The employee acted put out when I asked for help. Eventually ended up just getting it myself.

If you need any assistance with paint, ask for Lisa or Karen. They are very friendly and helpful!

My husband and I go to this store frequently. The employees are pretty friendly, but I feel there should be more employees in each department and maybe more training. The store is clean. We recently went in to purchase a dryer. The lady that worked with us, Traci, was very helpful. However, she was by herself and I feel there should have been one more salesperson in the department.

They make you do it yourself at checkout, do I look like I work there? What happened to cashiers?? Please tell the manager this new system sucks.

Very friendly cashiers and associates.

I would reccomend this store. The biggest reason I say this is two fold the staff is knowledgable and friendly and not pretending to be friendly. The store is neat and orderly, specifically the wood dept keeps the wood stacked neatly. The mishaped wood has been removed. The paint dept personelle are trained for the job, I am a professional painter and they have always had answers for me. The products they sell last a long time. I always use their glidden house paint and it hold up for years and easy to use. When I need the dolly carts for wood they have them at the door. When I show my military ID to the checkout persons they always say thanks for my service, so I feel respected. I will be returning again and again

Once again, our favorite Home Depot associate, Roger nailed it! He helped my sister and I find the correct material to repair the automatic garage door. He also took the time to assist us in picking out the perfect ceiling fan with a remote control feature. And lastly, Roger went over sidewalk lighting to help us make an informed decision. Roger always delivers excellent customer service!

This store was clean and very well organized. The employees went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, load it on a cart and into my car for me. Wonderful, easy experience!

The workers at this store were not helpful

Cassandra in tool rental was on the phone the whole time and she kept walking out of tool rental and leaving the older guy that works in there all by himself with a line of people. Not good customer service from her.

If you have any electrical DIY projects I highly recommend going to Home Depot store #2307 and ask for Roger. Roger is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Roger will go above and beyond to assist anyone in finding exactly what is needed to solve there DIY dilemma.

This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE my dad or I have ever experienced. We waited over an hour to be helped in the appliance section. There was only one lady working back there and she was running her tail off trying to help people. She spent 30mins trying to get in touch with a store manager or assistant manager & had zero success. She was told that they were all at dinner. When we first arrived there was another man in the appliance dept & when I asked him to check a price for me on an entire set of kitchen appliances, his response was for me to “look it up online & figure it out”. I wanted to purchase a $3,200 set of kitchen appliances & have a quote for $2,000 for Home Depot to install carpet in my bedrooms..... $0 of which this store will be getting from me! I’m very disappointed & irritated by this experience. I will NOT shop at this Home Depot ever again! The general manager should be completely ashamed by the lack of customer service exhibited in this store tonight!

The people that work here are nice and will help . Many of the customers are very helpful also. I always find what I need and someone has to help me discuss the difference in items for sale. The store looks clean and set up for extra sales to get started for the Christmas holidays. Home Depot has wonderful hours , and that can be very helpful.

I bought 2 Korky fill valve and flapper kits on the same day but different trips. The first one had been damaged by someone and returned as new. The second one wouldn't shut off water,ended up buying a Fluidmaster and it worked great. It only took 3 trips. I wanted to talk to manager but she was tied up with a customer for about 15min. I gave up waiting and took The Fluidmaster fill valve and flapper kit home and installed it. Good thing I didn't talk to her because I was to mad. I just wanted some answers about the product. I will go back but not for awhile. Everyone was nice that I talked too except on the first return. She didn't care about my problem. She gave me my return and handed me my receipt.

I ordered carpeting for house I'm selling. Carpet was supposed to be installed in 5 days. There was a problem with delivery. Did not arrive until 5 days later and then the people who are contracted to install carpeting could not put carpeting in until 2 weeks after original order. The manager at home depot was very helpful and credited me $50 dollars but still was disappointed in the results.
