Employee, Carolyn, was extremely rude and tactless. While I was completing my transaction in self-checkout, she approached me abruptly from behind and asked if I was "actually going to scan that too" as if I were going to steal something. I had three items and had just scanned the first one. I tried to brush it off except, she then hovered right behind me and started telling another employee how she'd already called out a previous customer that morning and "put them in their place." Customer service training must not be a requirement at the Preston Highway Home Depot.

Customer Service experience was phenomenal when my husband and I bought our refrigerator and dishwasher on two different occasions. Traci and Gina C. in appliances were wonderful to work with and I would recommend them a hundred times over to anyone else.

As a veteran I like saving 10 percent on all my purchases, best store in Louisville Ky.

Employees like Breanna and Michael A make me as a consumer happy to have chosen Home Depot. Both listened, smiled and very knowledgeable

Excellent,location and the personal are very well informed as to where items are located.

This store is clean with adequate lighting and appears to be following CDC guidelinees for preventing spread of Covid-19 while allowing a safe shopping experience. Sales associates were friendly and provided great assistance.

My overall experience is usually pleasant here. Today it wasn't crowded and the employees didn't seem stressed. My only issue was the employee, who might of been new, told me I couldn't get the blinds cut, then proceeded to tell me he wasn't sure. I told him that I I received help before and insisted to ask another employee. He came back and told me he was wrong. Along with that he started small talk with me about my massage room, said it was bougie that I had one. I replied that I was a Massage Therapist and he continued to be ignorant in his small talk. He then decided to pull his mask down and crack jokes with his co-worker who had to show home how to cut blinds. I received my blinds and I said thank you, yet no friendly response but them just walking away continuing their convo. I hope my next experience is better.

Roger was in an electric isle and assisted me and my grandpa with replacing a 240 cord and putting on a 220 cord , he explained everything through and was very knowledgeable about it even gave me a Play by play . Best service I have ever had ! And I work as a manager for McAlister’s and know some great customer service employees this man should be a very valued employee . He even helped us with a fencing project my papa liked him so much he walked 8 or 9 isles over just to ask him a question about it because he though he might know something about fences , that man walked way down to the isle and helped us pick through screws and find concrete anchors in the size we needed and gave us some tips ( my papas a retired carpenter and he was very impressed) , Roger did the best job I’ve seen in a long time highly recommend this store.

I would not recommend this store. Customer Service informed me that they had my product in stock and could deliver it to my house within two days assembled. I drove to the store paid for my item and was told after I paid that they could not deliver my purchase because they did not have any assembled even though they had several in stock. They lost a good sales ring because they were lazy and did not want to assemble the product or get it down from the top shelf. Really upset about wasting my time at this store.

This store is a hot mess! Dirty and not stocked well at all. In dire need of some work!

If you have some type of discount, such as the 10% Veteran discount, be sure to tell the cashier when you begin checking out.

I was denied a return because of "retail equation" reporting all my returns and in store credit perchases and have flagged my drivers liscense as a bad person. They do not take into consideration the amount of items/money I spend, only just how much I return or use in store credits. I am a builder/contractor/remodeler. I am buying material for jobs every day spending thousands of dollars.

My husband and myself went in to Preston Home Depot today taking back a charger I bought online that was wrong ,the lady and gentleman went way beyond what they had to . I really appreciate the way the store was today and definitely will return.

Did not have an associate available in the department I shopped. Recieved help from a Cashier named Jacob on what product I should purchase for a home light fixture. Would like to see associates available throughout the entire day.

The Customer Service was EXCEPTIONAL. I did not expect to have this level of service. Roger was my associate. He was very professional, down to earth, and listened to what I needed. Roger provided options, both expensive and non-expensive for me to choose from. Roger not only helped me with my intended purchase, but helped me purchase items that I have been putting off due to lack of knowledge. Roger gave me confidence to purchases those items today rather than waiting. Roger let me know that I could return anything as long as I did it within 90 days. I normally bring a subject matter expert with me to help advise me. I'm pleased to say that the expert was already there when I got there. I will not have to return any of my purchases, as Roger's suggestions were spot on. I will certainly be back to this location for future purchases. Roger should be commended for a Job Well Done!

Wow did we ever get extraordinary service at this location! Kevin was one of the best associates I've ever had help me out in any store! The store was very clean and well stocked! We will definitely start shopping at this location!
