The Preston Home Depot is a very clean and items are well placed for convenience sake. I will recommend that store to my friends and anyone I meet. I never have a problem finding what I am looking for.

I was disappointed in the fact of not having a simple o-ring to fix a leaking sink drain, and not being able to hear the audio on the self check out.

Item was hard to find, but associate was very helpful in locating it.

Best place to shop on Black Friday! I made 3 trips and got everything I wanted!

I have never had any issues with this location. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. If I can't find something, I feel I can always ask and an associate will help. I also haven't had to wait in long check out lines. The associates are friendly, quick, and helpful. This is why we choose Home Depot over competitors for our home improvements.

I was very happy with the help I received. Very nice cashier.

I knew exactly where I needed to go, so I didn't need an associate's assistance. My only problem is that I was there to purchase a 16X25X4 furnace filter. There were 3 available and each one of them were damaged. I chose the least damaged of the 3. They were still useable, but still damaged. (bent, a little smashed).

In facilities maintenance you cannot wait to order something online and it get there within a few days - typically you need the parts or tools yesterday lol. Home Depot is my GoTo for things I need for large and small jobs.

The employees are very helpful, cashiers are friendly, and floor personnel know where to find things. I am very pleased and will continue to shop here.

Being from out of town here on business, I was on a time limit. An associate soon approached me and assisted me in finding some items I needed. It was swift & efficient and I was on my way.

The items that I was shopping for were in stock and easy to find, the only issue that I have is there was not one cashier running a register. The only option for check out was the self check and the item that I was purchasing had been written on the bar code. I usually will not check out at the self check but I needed these items and had no other choice.

I had a wonderful Saturday morning shopping at Home Depot. Everything was easy to find and there was always someone close by to assist me. I will continue to shop at this location, and am looking forward to the next home project!

I usually go to a Home Depot closer to my home. But I went to this one while on my lunch break at work. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Since I come into this store a lot everybody there recognizes me, and my little dog that I bring with me. They always ask what can they do for me today and seem very happy to see me

You need more help, very hard to find an associate, then when you do get service, wait time is long

The treated lumber aisle was full of stock to be put up so if you go for that you have too go there before 4:00 pm other that that store is very clean!

If you don't get the response from from service desk ask for manager on duty, it helped me when service desk clerk was less than helpful.
