What were some Christmas items for my husband. I have both kids in tow. The cashier was absolutely amazing. She helped you adjust a incorrect price on what we bought and she also recommended an incredible Christmas experience for my kids, writing down directions and location to the place for me on my receipt.

A young man at the front door, Abdul, greeted us and gave us specific directions as to where would could find an item we inquired about. Amazing. The team here seems to really care about the customer. Had a great interaction with Michael in the paint department as well. Bravo!

Just went through the process of buying an appliance warranty on a refrigerator purchased by Allstate Warranty. It presented a problem since the PO listed Allstate Appliance Replacement Team 8 as the purchaser. The Appiance Team at Store # 6106 was able to trace down the problem and got me the 5-Year Appliance Warranty.

This is a great Home Depot. Their employees are friendly and always ready to help.

Signage is clear. Not much customer service on this trip but was not needed. Past experiences were good. Found help when necessary. Would prefer at least one cashier at checkout.

Just purchased 1 day ago a Maytag washer, upon picking it up I notice the drain hose was missing and so I asked one of the Home Depot workers and was told had to buy it but replied that it comes standard for a washer. Nobody tried to help finding us a drain hose that should came with the unit. Maybe because it was a display unit the reason they don’t care at all. Very poor customer service!!!

Nicole helped us in selecting just the right paint we needed for our exterior door frame. We were unsure of what exactly the color was but she went above and beyond on walking to the door department, getting the display, color matching, and making sure it was a perfect match. We were awed with how far she went to help us. Great job

I came into the store to purchase a new faucet for the kitchen sink. I had a faucet picked out from their website. It was a Labor day special. Unfortunately it's was on line only. The store manager came to my rescue. She found a suitable replacement. A little higher price but it was probably a much better faucet in the long run. My wife was really pleased with the new Kitchen Faucet.

I am in the Home Depot near me at least once a month and the employees there are phenomenal! They are always willing to help. Without asking, they will offer to take heavy items or remind me to move the car closer to the entrance, so, they can bring it out. If I have a question about a plant or a product, if the person I am working with doesn't have the answer they will find someone to do so. They always acknowledge me for my military service.. Thank you for serving me Home Depot.

We were in home depot only browsing at tool boxes. Found 1 of 4 tool boxes at a different price. Sedric was awesome and was able to help us get the lower price, ended up leaving with the box. Thank you sedric

Nice in the paint dept provided excellent customer. She to the time to explain the steps needed to paint a bookshelf that we’re restoring. She even walked us to the products and gave us options to choose from.

Have not had installation yet.

Every orange apron in the building was friendly, helpful, eager and sales driven, the last one in my opinion is a compliment. One word could describe my experience...amazing.

If you are thinking of completing a job that requires project management and contractors, DON’T. Things started out fine, but following delivery of the cabinets it went downhill. After having to return several cabinets for damage install was finally finished. This was an ok job. Next was countertop install which was a joke. They did not clean up after themselves but did manage to take the toe kick piece they broke. Then promptly tried to blame the plumber that had not even been to our home yet and call me a liar in the process. Then the plumber comes unprepared for the job due to the incorrect service in the paperwork (which we repeatedly advised we only had rough plumbing). Not to mention the icemaker that was supposed to deliver on a Saturday but mysteriously on Friday Home Depot was notified late Friday it was not going to deliver as it was missing. Did anyone think to inform the customer? Nope! So now we have the icemaker days later, I myself have to contact the plumber to come back out to finish the job. Home Depot finally confirms with the plumber our appointment but guess who is a no show! Thanks for an incomplete project. We will finish this ourselves since we have managed most of the project ourselves. Buyer beware!

I rented a pickup truck from this Home Depot, and was assisted by 2 individuals; Mr. Tony and Brian. They were outstanding in the service they provided to me and I would highly recommend either if you need to rent any equipment from Home Depot!

They price matched my floodlights... saved me a trip to go somewhere else. I'd come here again. Workers seem nice and helpful.

The project that I wanted to do was a simple upgrade of standard garage door to an insulated garage door. Home Depot didn’t do their job well due to these factors- 1. During the Sales process I wasn’t made aware that this work may need my HOA / Neighborhood Management approval. I should have at least advised to check with my HOA. 2. During site inspection there were couple of issues identified and Home Depot had no courtesy to help me fix them. Instead I had to work with the Vendor to find a workaround. I wish if Home Depot can do a better customer service job than just focusing on increasing their sales and revenue.

Propane burners improperly installed allowing propane to accumulate around the grill. Lucky that it did not catch fire before I noticed. Tried to talk with store manager he was to busy to call me back.

Trudy helped us checkout . She was so sweet and helpful. We enjoyed talking to her. Very nice pleasant person.

Went through SELF checkout and was accosted by an employee. Rifling through my cart an tried scanning everything for me even though I had the labels all facing up ready to go the way I wanted, which you know is the point of having gone through the self checkout lane in the first place

If I could give a negative star I would it is highly disappointing as a female going into a store like Home Deport and I can not get help with loading a heavy big item into your vehicle. Any evening having to push the item thru the store because you can not locate any flat carts.
