Got what I needed quickly and got through checkout quickly.

This store always has what we're looking for, and is in an easy to access location. Marc, in the kitchen design area, was extremely helpful in assisting my husband and I with selecting our kitchen countertops for our kitchen remodel. He was friendly, and listened to what we desired, ultimately recommending a product that we love and wouldn't have otherwise found. The process of selecting countertops is very easy through Home Depot - I'd recommend them.

Wonderful employees great store would defiantly recommend. The pro desk takes a bit longer than other stores but the employees make up for it with their consistent and unrelenting positivity

If you need wood cut drive to a different location. Waited for over 35 minutes for 3 cuts.

The salesman in the store was very helpful and nice - answered the questions I was seeking - about a hot water heater - and signed me up as desired to get an installation estimate. I was called the next morning and given a price with explanations - did a bit more research and called back to do it. Sublet to Delta Mechanical and the Installer person Mr Francisco Carpio Gonzales - was ABSOLUTLEY SUPER !!! very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working young man.. enjoyed talking with him while he did a super job -- he worked hard and fast -- very nice to know this young man and his wife and daughter - immigrated from Ensenada and are working hard to be very successful... Super happy I bought this from Home Depot and had them sub the installation.. GREAT JOB !!!

I only continue to go to this store because it is close. I bought flooring and it was a nightmare with the installation and now they are coming back out as the floors in my bedroom are buckling. I bought counter tops and it was a nightmare during and after that almost caused a fire. I was refunded amount my electrical person charged to fix. When I go to your store, it is so difficult to find help during the week. Recently I told the woman in painting what I wanted to do and what I wanted. I told her I wanted a paint brush that would not leave bristle strands on the wall. So she sold me a paint kit that had a paint brush that when painting bristles were left on the wall. Also she should have warned me that the color me change to darker or lighter on the wall. I am a senior and this is my first DIY paint job since my husband passed away!

Friendly people. Fast and easy service. Enough people around to get help.

store employees were very helpful in finding my supplies and after I checked out employee (a manager) helped me to my car to load heavy tile supplies...very nice....highly recommend this store...

They have the most stock when it comes to searching for material as it pertains to doors, fences, etc...

This store has definitely turn the corner from where it was before compared to the present. Greeters waiting at the door to greet you, friendly staff at customer's assistance and for the most part, when help is needed, it's almost an instant calling and appearance of a staff member giving a.helping hand.

Most recently I have purchased a door requiring truck rental. Employees were very efficient especially at customer service desk which they tried to get me out at our ASAP. I would say staff were knowledge in their field in every dept. and would give dependable recommendations on comparable.

A product was not on the shelf, Randy found the product for us and also helped us get the right products for a kitchen lighting prodject.

I have frequented this store #0652 for about 12 years. In my opinion, it has become one of the showcase Home Depots' in the greater Sacramento area. The associates are always willing to go out of their way to assist. The area is well organized and clean. The garden area is kept up to date with latest plants and tools used for landscaping. 95% of the time I have found exactly what I was looking for in the store, but if not I go online and order item(s) from Home Depot. Keep up the great work.

The store is clean and the associates are friendly. This store is easy to find and convenient for me while goining to and from the stables. The shelves were picked through and normally stocked items were out of stock. A box of brooms in the garden department must have been dropped or damaged because every broom for sale had broken handles. The cashier saw the broken handle and spent time trying to locate a broom without a broken handle. Being unsuccessful, the cashier offered a deep discount. The handle was only broken at the plastic topper so the broom was still useable.

The employees in this store were very helpful, courteous and friendly. I really enjoyed shopping there and will be back for sure.

I was able to make a return with little or no effort.

It only took me three minutes to get through checkout.

When I was searching for a pumice stone with a handle, I asked three employees who directed me to several places where they could be located. Each time I was greeted with smiles and very friendly attitudes - they made it appear as though it was a pleasure for them to help me. Many thanks!

Everyone at this store is friendly and so helpful. I will drive the 2 hours to go to this Home Depot because of the service and professionalism I receive when I'm there. Keep up the good work!

I have always found this Home Depot store to be well managed and greatly enjoy my shopping experience with them. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

We had a great result from our visit. Initially we had to wait a long time for help as they were understaffed. One employee was walking by my very pregnant wife, my 5 year old daughter and myself and didn't acknowledge us. I said, "hi how are you today" and he said ok rather grufly and kept on walking. Horrible. However, thanks to Mike, my day was saved as he was very helpful and gave us the type of service I'm normally used to at Home Depot. Thank you Mike
