I typically dont take the time to do reviews but I am making an exception this time. I was at this store needing to get some paint match. Your 2 employee Celeste and Mayra in the paint department went above and beyond helping me find the right paint. They were patient, courteous and was always smiling. I was truly amazed at how they were able to match the paint given the samples they had to work with. After getting me the paint, they were super helpful in making sure I had the needed paint supplies to finish my project. HomeDepot is lucky to have such great employees!

Home improvement is made much easier when your neighborhood store is helpful, convenient and service-oriented. You can get the answers and help you need from one of their many trained associates and that help comes with a smile.

Overall a good experience in purchasing a wide variety of products.Shelly is by far the best cashier at this location and deserves a large raise for her excellent customer service.

I got waited on right away and found what I needed. Employees were friendly. Store was very neat and clean. My best shopping experience that I have had at Home Depot.

We now prefer to come to this Home Depot above any other location because of the great customer service we have received. Allen has been excellent for product recommendations and has done a wonderful job of earning our business. Mark in kitchen is also excellent and very knowledgeable. This store does a great job with customer service!

I went to the store to purchase one item, which I did, and was satisfied with it being in stock and at a good price. (25' extension cord, $9.87). I decided to use self checkout since they only had two registers open. I asked the lady if they have military discounts (knowing the do) and she kindly said yes. She asked for my proof and I showed her my brand new CA drivers license with the word "veteran" printed on it, as this is new from the CA dept of motor vehicles. It helps veterans by not having to carry another ID, or a DD-214. She said we do not honor this. I asked, how could you not if I had to get proof to show I'm a veteran to the CA VA office, and then show them that info to the dept of motor vehicles? Well, it wasn't enough. I guess I'm not "that" veteran. Will not be coming back here. A veteran is a veteran... plastic doesn't make a difference.

Their employees are great here. One in particular is incredibly empathetic and caring. He works in the garden center and went above and beyond his job today to make my day a tiny bit better. Truly an exemplary employee! Thank you!

I was very happy with the wonderful help I received at the paint counter. The employees know their product and what to recommend for the job in hand. They took the time to ask and then explain. Love that.

I shop here often, it's not too crowded like the other HD closer to my home and I don't get bothered by day laborers in the parking lot. Folks here have been very helpful, they do a great job, and I typically find what I need in stock. I'll keep coming.

Great Job Home Depot Found my bolts and there were 2 boxes instead of just loose bolts.

As already reported to Store Manager Will, there were two Home Depot employees that went above and beyond to help me: Bill and Tony, who work with customers around aisle 18-19. They spent extra time and effort to help me figure out exactly what I needed to mount a security light on the underside of my roof. Thanks guys for your help! - Doug Robinson

I was very happy to shop at RC home depot - the store associates could be a little more available to their customers. Perhaps go up to the consumer instead of waiting for the consumer to approach them. The women are friendlier than the men.

I really enjoyed how helpful the store associates were, they explained everything to me and I found everything I needed in the store.

My fiance and I had the best experience shopping at Home Depot Rancho Cordova, I will say the nightmare was running into the female supervisor of flooring/tiling. She speaks in a condescending, unpleasant tone, does not provide assistance, just left a distaste in our mouths. However, Michelle is the GREATEST, very helpful and full of life. Michelle is the reason for the overall rating as excellent.

This trip to Home Depot was an excellent experience. I went to purchase a wet/dry shop vac and found a good selection at good prices. The store was clean, well lit and the layout allowed me to find future project areas easily. Thumbs up!

Knowledgeable staff, friendly cashiers and overall very organized and clean.

I had to bring a dog with me to the store last evening, and was delighted the clerks greeted him so nicely. Very sweet.
