I had questions about seasonal plants, potting mix, nutrients for my plant and more. The associate was eager to share her knowledge and reported that she studies about garden related topics after work...she introduced me to an organic alternative to amended soil. The associate also informed me of the guarantee on my plant as well as how to protect it during a cold spell. My experience was so enjoyable that it rekindled my resolve to 'get-out-in-the-yard' more.

Went for pool supplies and found a peach tree, a blueberry shrub and some vegetables which were all a great surprise!

Mike, in the Electrical Department, is awesome. EVERYTIME I call him or come and ask him a question, he is always very helpful and never seems too much in a hurry to assist. I like the new Defiant Timers that you are selling. I have been installing them for several clients as I am a Handyman. Thank you!

I like the store but getting the help you need from associates is difficult and the knowledge they have isn't that good. Plus you guys have huge lumber saw in the lumber department but they can't cut a table top you need cut for your kitchen and a person is left to struggle to cut it themselves. They should allow people to bring in items to be cut and pay a small fee for home depot to cut your table top or whatever you need cut

The store was well laid out and clean. The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Associate told us of the product shows he had attended and the experiences he had. the information he gave us was extremely helpful in us making our decision on the appliance purchase.

I always come here first, to find what I need. If I can't find exactly what I want, I go online to order it. Never had a problem with the store or service. Like to bring my puppy with me and she Loves the attention.

The store was clean and organized. A sales associate came up to us, as we were discussing purchasing the right weather stripping for our home an RV. So, we did not have to even look for assistance. He was friendly and knowledgeable with the store products. We did self check out and the cashier there nicely greeted us.

My husband and I received a great Christmas gift idea from one of our adult children. Having purchased a similar item at Home Depot for ourselves years ago, we went first to HomeDepot.com. Oh my gosh! There was a very comprehensive assortment so we were able to choose just the right one. On top of that ... we were able to select the item, pay for the item, and pick it up at the store. Then, in addition to that, they provided "muscle" to load the item into our vehicle. I've heard (since Lowe's opened years ago) that Home Depot doesn't compare to the other store. Phooey! I'm not bashing Lowe's; however, in my experience, there has always been a high level of service and integrity at Home Depot. Thank you, Home Depot, for your exceptional staff and outstanding customer care.

My experience was very satisfying. When we visit the garden center we always ask for Jackie who is extremely knowledgeable. I trust the information she gives us and has never steered us wrong. The person who was our cashier today, Blanca, was friendly and helpful.

The Rancho Cordova, CA store was well stocked, clean and the associates, on the floor as well as at the check stand, were friendly and helpful.

Went in on Black Friday expecting everything to be gone and was pleasantly surprised that they still had lots of the items that were on sale. Got the items I came for! Had never been to this particular branch before and was impressed!!
