The store associates were absolutely amazing! Even with some staff busy working on paperwork, looking at a computer monitor, or stocking items, every associate I walked passed greeted me with a friendly smile, asked about my day, and wondered if I needed any assistance. Their costumer service is phenomenal and I really praise their hard work. What I look for the most during a shopping experience is the customer service, and at this Home Depot, you definitely cannot go wrong!

The cashier was so hopeful in recommending a credit card to receive a 50% discount on my purchase. I was able to afford the bbq cover I wanted

The store associate in the paint department was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The paint department was well organized and clean.

I returned from a vacation and found someone had made a serious effort to break into my side garage door. This was devastating to me. The next day (July 23, 2015) I went window shopping at Home Depot for a replacement door and asked for desperately needed help with this matter. I was referred to a Michael Smrlosky (sp?) who helped me purchase the needed door and all the needed trim. He explained how to replace the door. He also keyed the two locks to match my door lock key for other doors in my house. Michael was very caring and helpful in my time of desperation and crisis. The next day I was able to remove and replace the door and included frame thanks to his insightful help and brief training session. I later went to closer stores to my residence (Lowes & HD Supply) for trim and found no such available help comparable to Mike. I was glad I first went to Home Depot and met Mike. Please tell him that I really appreciated his help during my time of crisis and trauma. The door is in and looks good.

Store is clean and organized. Always able to get fast help in paint section. Items are very easy to locate in store without the aid of a sales associate.

Associate was very cheerful and helpful! She even offered plastic to put down in my vehicle so as not to get my car dirty!!

I came into Home Depot today looking of some cool looking accessories for my backyard, I am throwing a BBQ and found some great lighting- yellow solar ceramic jars $7.91 each, this will be a great addition to my party since it will be going until around 9:00 pm. I was also looking for firewood for my fire pit and was advised that it is a seasonal item. BUMMER!!!!!

Easy to find items; fast checkout; recommend going really early in the a.m.

I was pleased with the service and the help I received with the associates.

Mid day visit, all was fantastic. The only issue was cashier availability. I used self checkout because there was only one register open in the contractor section and there was a line. Could have had one retail register opened to alleviate line but I was out in a flash anyway.

The store was set up very organized and everyone was eager to assist me in all my needs - people were very sociable and I would recommend this store over all the other home depotsl

Went in for simple HVAC filters for my home. They are not a common size but Home Depot had exactly what I needed and even a multipack for less than $9 bucks!

The trip was uneventful. Got the wax ring for the toilet that I needed. Had to use the self-check since they never seem to open many check stands. But it has been that way since they installed the self check out system.

Having to cross departments to find requisite pieces is a pain, but with helpful associates, the experience is not so bad.
