One of there floor employees helped me find a part for my vacuum and taught me a way to modify the vacuum to work better!

Everything was very 'bottom of the barrel' at this store: clerks standing around on their phones, not interacting with customers. Items missing from shelves, I waited over 30 minutes just to get and pay for an item - should have been 3-4 minutes. I would have given this store 1 star. However, there was one person who helped out: Jessica Z. Department Supervisor. She came down to the front, listened to what I had to say, spent a little time researching the issue and then in a fairly prompt manner offered me a suitable solution. She personally took possesion of my problem, walked me from dept to dept. She consulted with me about how to implement a solution and personally saw to it: she picked the item with me, mixed the paint herself, loaded onto a dolly, walked me to the front, rang up the purchase and waived me off. This one person saved your store from... gosh, how would I describe your store without Jessica Z? With Jessica, your store would a dismally, appalling failure - completely worthless. Possibly over-stated, but thats how I feel.

I didn't find the products I was looking for, I wasn't able to get assistance when I needed it, the store was dirty and the associates unfriendly and Not helpful. Order said "2-day shipping"... 3 weeks later never arrived. No commication, no email alerts. I went to the store repeatedly to find out what was going on. The clerk was rude, unconcerned. I asked for her supervisor at first she repeatedly stated that she didn't have a supervisor or that one was not available. After repeated requested she called the store Manager -Jess. She asked Jess to come and speak with me because I had requested it. Jess Refused to come down and help me! I guess there are more important things in a store than your customers. The item should have been in stock, I should have been alerted via email, the item should have arrived at the store, the clerk should have offered a replacement itme, the store manager should have come down from his high tower and I should not have wasted weeks and hours of my life simply attempting to give Homedepot my money for overpriced items so they can pay rude employees and managers.

All of the cashiers are wonderful. I always get help when i need it and when i am ready to checkout they are always so nice. I’ve been in a couple of time when Kaitlyn i believe her name was working and she is always so nice and ask if i found everything okay and if i didn’t she always goes out of her way to find what i am looking for. Management is doing a great job with hiring people. Store is always clean and everything is so easy to find

Of all the home improvement stores that we have visited over the years, including other Home Depot units we have found that this store probably has the most professional an helpful associates working here on a regular basis. Additionally, my wife, who is an avid gardener, has nothing but praise for this stores garden section for its maintaining the quantity and quality of its plant section as well as the other needed items such as plant food, etc. that she needs and uses on a regular basis.

Great store and friendly employees. Always someone there that can give journeyman help with your project.

Great selection of quality products. In my most recent visit, garden cashier Nomi processed my purchases is a fast, friendly and professional manner. Nice to get good customer service like that.

I always enjoy coming to this store, over Lowe's especially, everyone I ask for help have been over and above helpful, and help give me the knowledge I need to move forward on my different home and garden projects. I am always happy and well taken care of when I visit this Home Depot!

In order to get assistance you have to go through many obstacles. I submitted an order online to be picked instead due to having appliances delivered and installed is more difficult and stressful. I had my maintenance man go and pick up the order. I had called in on Tuesday 06/25/19 to add him to the order to pick it up. He calls me and they have no record of the order or cant give him information. Had to drive out to this location from across town to get stuff handled. You have a new employee with current employees, giving customers attitude, brushing the new employee off . New employee is trying his best to help but ends ups sending me across the store where there is only one person assisting and the other one sitting ignoring customers. When I finally got assisted gentlemen was irritated that the customer service didn't give me any paperwork. He left and came back with my order. He offered for assistance to load it up. Only time I seen a smile was when I was leaving.

I like that the Kellogg Palm, Cactus & Citrus soil is only $5.97 a bag right now!

This store has a sale for $5.97 a 1 Cubic Foot bag of Palm, Cactus and Citrus Soil! This soil is also great for succulents!

I've done a LOT of shopping at the Home Depot in Rancho Cordova and will continue to shop there. I have been in other large warehouses, but have not had as great service or as wide a variety of merchandise from which to choose as with the Rancho Cordova site. Why would I go anywhere else? It is always clean & organized, and the sales staff is very helpful with info and recommendations. This is the only store I go to for home improvement, decorating items, lawn & yard care, appliances,etc.

A great place to shop for whatever you may need for your special project. The store is well stocked and the staff members are willing and able to assist you - - and they all do it with a smile!

It was a mess outside, the helper inside was excellent! We do not live in this neck of the woods. We were traveling through.
