Friendly greeting at the door. When asked, the greeter knew exactly where to point me for help. The associate in gardening was like a master gardener. I was shocked at how knowledgeable he was. I walked out thinking how lucky I was to find someone to talk to, rather than going online for answers and then being slammed with unwanted ads.

The store is always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We find ourselves at Home Depot at least twice each week. Over the past year we have invested thousands in our home renovation, most with HD. BECAUSE, HD has what we need 98% of the time. The prices are at least competitive and we can count on sound advice on our projects, Could not have done the many difficult projects ourselves without HD. We could not afford to hire contractors for all our projects, so we relied on HD for materials and advice. Thank You....Keep up the good work!!!

Chevy and Sherrie were awesome!!! They made my experience fun and both were full of knowledge and ideas. It is customer service like this that keeps me coming back. Although I do wish there were better selections of outdoor fixtures, maybe a bit more upscale; "The designer" section but overall I always find my experience at HD terrific. I feel strongly about great customer service as I believe that it is my name on each employees paycheck. Therefore I have very high expectations. I think whatever this store is doing, you should certainly share it with other HD and be sure to share it with HD in Kelowna BC!

Store was clean associates vey helpful but no one asked to help us to car and we had heavy item and was w an elderly female.

The staff was very helpful when I was in a hurry to find a smoke alarm.

Sales associate who assisted me in selecting the appropriate thermastat was extremely helpful and courteous!

This was an excellent store with fantastic customer service and it was fully stocked for everything that I needed and the associates or friendly helpful and thankful. Great work fellows.

Products were available, prices were about average. I'm always surprised to see a greeter at the entrances. If I'm looking for something they will either give me the aisle number and/or walk me to the products. One associate help me save over $100, Keep up the outstanding work.

Best customer service I've had in a long long time...

I went into the Rancho Mirage store late not expecting to find what i needed or someone to help me find it... Surprisingly the store was alive and one of the associates called a plumbing associate that was busy in two other departments, but he quickly retrieved a ladder and picked the 20 gallon hot water heater off a top shelf and assured me it would meet my needs for the small area i needed and retrieved the hoses and tape my installer would need to complete the job. although he was busy he made sure i had what i needed and was in & out really fast... Thank you Dana for making it so easy & educating me on the purchase!! the cashier was very sweet and courteous also which made my night end with a smile on my face!! thank you Home Depot!!

About 21 years ago I started shopping at the Rancho Mirage Home Depot to find fix-it supplies for my rental apartments. When another Home Depot store opened closer to my house I started going there. The two stores have slightly different merchandise. Rancho Mirage is more suited to the way I do business. They are consistently helpful and all the employees explain in lay language what this "doo-hickey" and "that thing-a-ma-jig" did and why my handyman would prefer a particular item. They often offer suggestions on what things are more cost effective for the job I'm working on. After my very favorable experience this week I decided it is worth while driving a few extra miles to have such a good shopping spree at Rancho Mirage Home Depot. Also, it's nice seeing some of the long time employees again.

I AM IN & OUT OF HD ALMOST DAILY, I AM RENOVATING MY HOUSE. THE ASSOCIATES IN THIS STORE ARE BY FAR SOME OF THE WORST ASSOCIATES. MANY ACT AS IF IT IS A BURDEN IF YOU ASK A QUESTION.

Joanna - JJB2810, the casher was the one that help me and WAS VERY VERY HELPFULL, at the customer service desk.

The lady in the Garden Dept greeted me as I walked in the door from the parking lot. She asked immediately if I needed help finding something. When I told her what I needed she took me to the area and showed me different options. Was very pleased and made my purchase with no hassle.

The workers are always willing to help upon request.

The store was clean and the product was easily available.I'm 76 years old and purchased 9 bags of salt.Without asking for assistance from the clerk.he loaded the cart checked me out and then loaded the salt into my car.The clerk was very presentable.courteous.I was tempted to tip him.

I found all i was looking for and I left very happy

Donna in returns was very knowledgable, sweet and extremely helpful. I was in and out Abd on to do more store shopping. Very pleased with Donna!! Great employee!!

The knowledge of the associate in the window blinds section was impressive, I felt like I was attending a DIY class that also included proper drilling instruction.

I was very happy to find 2 Associates in different departments to assist me with questions and suggestions for the items I was looking for. Also, to make an excellent suggestion regarding purchasing a product which involved a color. I shall return to the store better prepared to purchase one of the items.

We live in Palm Desert , Pretty much in between the La Quinta and the Rancho Mirage stores and the Rancho Mirage store is our Go to Store. We always find what we need, help is available when we need and its rare that they don't have what we need in stock. Overall this is a great store, and we come in Id say at least once a week.

Dear paint department employee, I absolutely understand that some days us humans just feel awful, oh don't I know. This morning nevertheless, only one gentleman stood between you and I. My head bobbed up and down and side to side, my body language loudly communicated I most likely had a very very quick question. Dear Sir, I most respectfully would assert my non-verbal communication could not have possibly gone unnoticed by you...I was essentially right in front of you, eager to ask if could just go pick premade red paint or if it needed be prepared by you, that was it! I was itching to paint my front door a True Red you know? Gosh I was soooo excited and would have painted my front door today but you would not acqnowledge my existence. My demeanor was pleasant, friendly, and considerate of however busy you may have been. If only u wld have look up at me you would have met a very pleasant customer who wld have taken no more than 5 seconds of ur time (plus no communication whatsoever was taking place between the one gentleman in front of me and yourself). It wld have taken you very little effort to look at my obvious self, smiled, and asked "Hello there Miss, do you have a quick question I may be able to answer right quick while I finish up with this nice gentleman or..." Oh goodness, I am rather quick and, trust me, non-intrusive. I wld have addressed the gentleman with a 'So sorry to interrupt Sir, its a very quick question..." Guarantee you he wld have appreciated both your and my graciousness and gratitude, after all, he seemed to have been standing there waiting silently for quite a while! So it was a loose-loose non-transaction: My favorite store Home depot lost a nice sale and my front door is still not red...but I didn't run to Lowes though (hee hee). Well, at least I left my Home Depot with a nice few Oopsies paint cans, I LOVE THE OOPSIES! You know something, it feels soooo good to see a customer's smile of gratitude on their faces. I wld have expressed such gratitude to you I guarantee you I would have made your day! Its fine though, no worries. How about next time, yes? Hey, we live, we love, we boo-boo, we learn, we grow! Sales associates are always available and eager to assist, not matter how off beat the idea or question...really appreciate their patience and suggestions

visited with 3 different employees & each of them helped me find the products & explained how to use a particular fertilizer. the check out persons with very polite & thanked us with a smile.

Andrew Rivas went above and beyond to help me find an item I was looking for! He deserves this recognition for all that he did to find me what I was looking for. He actually found an extremely difficult item to find, and made the home depot experience a complete success. Kudos to him for his excellent customer service!
