My shopping was going good Robert from plumbing help me. Robert was fantastic great customer service and helping me get my pumBecause the Cashier Bibiana had an attitude very bad customer service doesn’t make me want to go back she was just rude and very disrespectful I based my clients based on customer service and I was the most horrible horrific customer service I’ve ever had in my life that cashier needs To get her attitude checked the customer before me also was giving a rude customer service

Good store. Clean. Hardware (fasteners) dept could benefit from more timely & accurate inventory control.

Jeff in Electrical is very helpful and a kind person while doing it. As a local business owner he makes shopping here a pleasure. Please note his value as much as I really don’t take surveys or leave reviews...his help was worth the time

Good store for Home Improvement

The paint department is great. They answer all your questions and help you clarify any doubts you may have.

As usual, we received excellent customer service from Marian and the rest of the staff at Rancho Mirage Home Depot! Thank you for the great customer service.

Always a clean, well stocked store with friendly workers. Been shopping here since it opened. Tried the competition 2 times for a specific product but it's just not the same.

I enjoy this store because it is convenient, spacious, clean and the employees are generally friendly.

WONDERFUL STORE

Shopping experience was amazing. I hardly go in and ask people for help because not a lot of them help with compassion and true acknowledgement without feeling like your interrupting their schedule. On the other hand I had a project where I had to build Monitors stands for my new speakers and I needed wood cut. Toan in this department did an excellent job. He recommended a few items that will help provide a more solid foundation. Super happy with how he treated and responded to our need! A++++++

The store is cleaned and stocked always! Employees like Jeff, James and Gregory are there to help you make tough decisions!

So happy that the store is open during the COVID 19 pandemic. Employees are always courteous and helpful! Prices are always good and you can easily find what you are looking for.

The store manager Mario is terrible at his job, terrible with his customer service skills, and has no business being a leader of a store. I’m very disappointed with my experience on 4/19/20 but I’m pleased to say I will never shop at this store again.

Great experience

I shop at this location for convenience. My last visit was a bit rough. Employees did not offer to help me after I told them I was handicapped. I had to walk quite a ways to look for what I wanted and it turned out it was included in the item I had already picked up and two employees didn't know this.

Always very helpful at this store. Especially Bill in plumbing (I think that's his name). We've gotten him several times and he is always so helpful.

Joe in the paint department absolutely ROCKS! He's the most energetic, helpful, and efficient paint expert I've ever run into. He really went above and beyond in customer service for me and others as I observed.

Their store is in order and clean . The employees were amazing they helped me right away.

Personally did not receive the assistance I needed, random carts sitting in the way making it difficult to easily get around the store. Never greeted or approached by any employee.

The store was clean and loaded with Christmas decorations. I have been shopping at home depot since the 80s and met many helpful and friendly employees, even a few at this store but unfortunately they weren't working the last trip.

The store was fully stocked and had many employees to help us find what we need. They were friendly and helpful with knowledge in lighting we were wanting.

Very poor customer service. Too bad they won't let me write a real review because anything too truthful doesn't meet their guidelines for a review and gets rejected.

Knowledgeable emoloyees, the store is clean and well organized.

Employees are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and they could save you a lot of headaches and time.

Hire some human cashiers. One employee trying to handle multiple issues that arise at the same time creates an unacceptable delay for everybody.

Employees are helpful and knowledgeable in their products. Managers there are down to earth, friendly, patient, and just overall great people.

Horrible customer service center. Will not be returning to this location. Charged wrong for product and it took three visits to get it corrected and was treated like it was an inconvenience for the employees in the store. Rude employees that have no interest in customer service. A supervisor on his cell phone instead of offering assistance. Crazy that this is ok.
