The associate who assisted me with a complicated return was very unfriendly and less than helpful.

Mark in electrical is great...extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would recommend him to anyone shopping at Home Depot and especially if you need "home improvement" help!!! All the associates were friendly and responsive but Mark is what I expect from a department associate at Home Depot! Great job.

I don't understand why Home Depot doesn't have a rewards program.

The employee's were very helpful in assisting us where to find our items and answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. All items were in stock which we were shopping for. Our project began in April 2015, we experienced a few scheduling issues to our completion. We had to work closely with the staff in Special Order Department Nancy, Kali, Jen and Robert. They were easy to work with, they followed-through with their promises and they had a strong commitment to their work. Kudos to Manager Nancy you have developed a great team. Thanks for all of your assistance.

I look for craft product items, exercise items and overall building. We are currently constructing a life-size doll house for our daughter, so I'll be back! My husband is a frequent shopper for sure with every tool known to man.

The associate (Brian) in the paint department was extremely helpful to me on several occasions but the last one is my favorite to tell. My wife and have been frustrated trying to match the paint in our house because it was painted so long ago we have only old paint numbers to go by for touch up in on room especially but three all together. One of the rooms has a unique color of red/purple that it took Brian's excellence in color matching ability to finally work out an exact match in color and sheen. I'll spare you the details but we had spent a LOT of time trying to work this out both on our own and with other "help." Brian is our hero of the week for all his help in getting us through this hellacious week of repair and repaint.

This is our favorite Home Depot store. Staff very friendly and helpful. Store well organized and stocked.

The cashier supervisor Linda is pretty awesome. She's personable and pleasant when helping you at the register. She seems to have very good control of her job and watching her delegate duties while assisting me with my propane purchase at the same time was impressive to say the least. She was being pulled four different ways and didn't skip a beat. She gave direction, and helped me and nobody had to wait. It's like she has a quad core processor. I might have caught at her shining moment, I don't know. But I'm pretty sure she was just in routine, and its better than most peoples A game

Tim in hardware is a great asset to HomeDepot. He was extremely helpful , very knowledgeable and has an inventive mind. I appreciate all the help I received from Tim. Thanks

I found everything I needed with help from a couple of associates who were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The only negative was only one checkout line open and I had to wait what seemed like a long time for help loading my vehicle. The store was clean and well organized with plenty of store associates working. I do recommend this store and will continue to shop there.

This store is busy and sometimes have to wait your turn to speak with a store associate, but once you have them they are very helpful and even give their recommendations

I have noticed a huge difference in Debbie's customer service for the better. She is much more engaging and pleasant. It was an extreme pleasure to have her assistance.

AS ALWAYS, THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, BRANDON THE MANAGER ONCE AGAIN MADE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF. I WAS IN NEED OF A PRODUCT IN THE BACK ON PALLETS AND HE SENT SOMEONE BACK TO FIND IT, KNOWING IT COULD TAKE AN HOUR TO DIG THRU IT ALL. THANKFULLY THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND IT IN A MATTER OF MINUTES AND I WAS ABLE TO FINISH MY JOB SO I COULD GO OUT OF TOWN. THAT PRODUCT WAS CRUCIAL FOR ME TO HAVE AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I COMPLETED MY JOB.

AS USUAL, I FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND WAS OFFERED HELP UPON ENTERING THE STORE.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn Home Depot is willing to match the prices of other stores. I didn't realize they were so willing to accommodate customers in this way, yet I shouldn't be surprised because I usually learn something new while shopping at Home Depot. On my latest visit the price matching policy gave me the ability to buy a few other things I needed and saved me from making an additional trip elsewhere. The cashier was very helpful and the sales floor associates were patient and helpful too. I really like Home Depot and for several years now, I have preferred it over any other store of its kind.

What I like about Home Depot compared to other similar big box stores is that there is just the right amount of merchandise. It is organized in a way that it is easy to find and it is displayed in a way that one can clearly see it, without all kinds of promotional signs, flyers, aisle displays and other distractions. Also there is no obnoxious music blaring overhead, and no loudspeaker interrupting every 2 minutes with an announcement. It is a much more pleasant place to shop.

I visit store often. Went in for specific items which were easy to locate. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Every time I visit this store, the staff is so friendly and helpful. I'm a small petite woman and one day when I walked in with a flat cart the cart associate noted it and made a comment that I must be buying something big. I told him I needed 40lb water softener salt and asked if he could tell me where it was. He told me, then asked if he could help me load it on my cart, which I gladly accepted the offer of his assistance. After he loaded the salt, he told me to ask an associate at checkout to assist loading in my car, but I didn't have to do that because they offered before I could ask. After getting to the car, I realized I couldn't find my cell phone. I went back to the store to see if I left it by the salt or at the cash register, but couldn't find it. An associate told me to check with customer service to see if it had been turned in there. When I checked with them, they hadn't seen it either, but a kind associate offered to call it, which he did. I asked if he would go out to my car with me and call it as it may have fallen into an area where I couldn't see it. Sure enough! It had slipped under my tissue box in my console. I never would have found it or thought to look there! What a friendly bunch at that Home Depot!

I WAS LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC COLOR OF RED PAINT SAMPLE TO TAKE HOME TO MY HUSBAND. BRIAN IN THE PAINT AND WALLCOVERINGS DEPT FOUND THE EXACT SHADE I WANTED! I WENT INTO THE GARDEN DEPT. AND STEPHANIE V. WAS VERY PATIENT EXPLAINING THE WEEDKILLER INGREDIENTS TO ME, AND THEN OFFERED TO HELP ME AT THE REGISTER. THE WHOLE TIME STEPHANIE WAS SMILING, AND FUNNY! THANK YOU STEPHANIE AND BRIAN FOR MAKING MY ERRAND ENJOYABLE!

I was extremely happy with my purchase of a appliance. Sales person was there to help me right away. Enjoyed his friendliness and speed in my purchase.
