Home Depot is our "go to store". We have spent so much time there that we have asked for an orange apron with our name on it. Great store.

Great place to find what you need. They are also very quick at having products delivered in a timely fashion to their store if it's not in stock.The majority of people are helpful.

Lenny (Leonard I believe) a sales rep at the appliances department was exceptional. My parents who don’t speak perfect English bombarded him with endless questions and he remained calm and genuinely caring throughout our purchase experience. He was so professional and so amazing. Please recognize him for his great customer service and professionalism!

Home Depot has been our home improvement store of choice for over two decades...and the Home Depot on Ray in Chandler, store #0476, is one of our favorites for great service and selection. We'll be back.

This store was very clean and all the staff was very helpful and friendly. They had cleaning stations throughout the store and everyone was practicing safety measures.

Cashier named 'Cola' was very friendly and courteous, I wish there were more like her throughout all retail stores!

We originally stopped in due to a problem with a lawnmower we purchased with a warranty that had broken. Fortunately, we were assisted by Vicki, in Customer Service. Instead of making us jump through a bunch of hoops and "passing the buck," she demonstated empathy and used common sense, which is incredibly rare these days, put the customer first, took care of our problem, and educated us for future purchases. Instead of leaving angry, her OUTSTANDING service resulted in making us very satisfied customers which also resulted in our making an additional purchase!

From the moment you walk in people ask you if your need help and if tell them what you need if they are not sure they will get someone else to take care of me for example today I needed cut a piece of pipe and threaded end I explained to the young man he tells me to wait moment later he has the guy in charge threading machine ok now here is the kicker it took me more time to write this review than it took to cut the pipe and thread the ends and they don't charge for that I did purchase a union to pay at the door. Good working crew...

Yes I would recommend this store. Overall they have good service and well stocked shelves. The store is always clean and they have a store cat which is adorable. I always have amazing experiences here because the employees are incredibly kind. I have however had a bad experience recently with one of the employees. It seemed like he was having a bad day but when I asked for help he said “no” and then followed up with “figure it out yourself”. Not too sure what his problem was but in the future I hope that he could of direct me to another employee who is able to assist me.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The product I needed was out of stock and they helped me find an alternate solution for my project.

store manager was unhelpful and after 3 hours and loss of my money, I walked out after the loss of money and no discount or help on buying the drill I went in for. had to get a loan from a friend since they didn't return my money at the moment . very disappointed.

I was very disappointed to visit our local Home Depot today to find that they did not require their employees to wear masks. I wear a mask whenever I go out to protect others, not myself, and I felt very unsafe in Home Depot with the vast majority of their employees not wearing masks or providing any sanitized carts. I will not be returning.

Donetta at this store is amazing. She is helpful and kind. She really enjoys helping and does it with a smile. She is the kind of person who will restore your faith in humanity. She is wonderful. Thank you for hiring her. The store was clean and organized. The employees were friendly and helpful. I have been to other stores but this is different. Better. They actually help people.

I like this HD store. Always neat and staff are helpful and friendly. Not going to Iie, I have had some bad experiences nothing major but the good ones out ways the bad or I wouldn't be going back. I have bought 1300 sqft of floor laminate, a freezer, a refridgerator and a lawn mower from this store. Don't know how many plants. Yes I will still shop here.

Store is clean, easy to navigate, excellent ease of parking. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and cheerful. Checkout is quick and accurate.

Ameerah, our cashier, was super helpful. She ran into the parking lot to find us after my wife and I were distracted by our infant son who was crying. She was super helpful and should be recognized for her exceptional customer service and dedication to helping a busy family who were absent minded with our purchases. Our car wasn't close to the door. Ameerah had to track us down in the parking lot. I'm grateful to her and wanted to take a moment to extend my thanks. You don't find people like her in retail everyday. She's an exceptional employee worth cultivating.

Our EXPRESS online order that wasn't going to be delivered on time. The process to refund the online order and pick-up in store was complicated, as the order was spread out over 3 different stores. Elisa at customer service was extremely helpful & empathetic, while thinking critically to gather other associates and jump into action. Elisa, Garrett, Josh and Norm helped us tremendously! Thank You!! We felt like these associates cared and were just as concerned about our issue as we were!

This store is a favorite of mine and my husbands over other Home Depot stores because the store always has the products we are intending to purchase.

Great experience. Knowledgeable personnel with answers. Just happened to work with a product expert in lights and electrical, "Tim", on Friday afternoon at the 650 n 54th street Chandler Az location. Fast, efficient, and he even took time to introduce me to some of his colleagues. Who also happened to be very pleasant while taking time out of their forklift stocking activities.

It's almost 2020 and your store has the most antiquated POS machines ! Continuous problems for a while now ! Also often times only 1 Pro cashier with a line and your stuck going to self checkout. Fix it !

Better than most. My first choice when going to a Home Depot

The employees of this location are the nicest, most helpful of any of the local Home Depots in that area. If they can't help you, they find another employee there that has experience in the need I have.
