The employee helped me find the right size screws to complete a job I was working on at home and then helped me further by making some duplicate keys that I had been needing. Very quick service!!!

Overall a good experience. I live closer to the Saugus Home Depot but generally drive to Reading because they typically have more in stock and better variety.

Usually don't shop at this particular store but I was on my way home from work and I just ran in to buy something quick and I dislike using the self checkout at any store so I decided to pay at the regular register and what a mistake this was, the woman at the register was less than pleasant with me but the 3 gentle men before me were greeted warmly. I said hello to her and she didn't reply, I paid she handed my change and receipt and I said to her thank you and have a nice day and I was given a dirty look and made me feel uncomfortable. Needless to say I will never shop at this store ever again...

I like going to this Home Depot because they always have what I need for my current project. The employees are hard to find but after wandering for a bit you can find what you need on your own. Very clean though!

The local HD is now my hardware store as well since the other ones have closed. i usually look to HD first before a longer trek to to the nearest hardware store.

If you're in the market for a grill, come to this store and ask for Aaron. He was awesome! He really went above and beyond for us, both helping us find the right grill and loading in the rental truck the next day.

THE EPLOYEES GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO SEE THAT YOU FIND WHAT YOU WANT AND THEN HELP YOU TO YOUR CAR IF NEEDED. YOU COULDN'T IMPROVE ON THE BASIC COURTESY AND ATTITUDE IF YOU TRIED. THANKS FOR COING TO OUT COMUNITY

Store is organized well... always has a lot of products in stock.. all the employees are friendly and very helpful.

I went in to buy tomato plants...... I was helped by a woman named Donna in the Garden Center. She put down her hose )she was watering), and immediately stopped what she was doing to help me. Donna was very friendly, genuinely interested in me and my planting project, and took the time to help me get what I needed. At no time did I ever feel that she had something else she had to be doing..... Thank you Donna!!! Also, the Store Greeter was extremely friendly and helpful, as was the cashier in the Garden Center. Thanks, Ladies, for making my shopping experience a fun time!

Great service - in particular - Cashier Diane - DXF2368 - She went out of her way to come get me and bring me to her open register. I usually shop at Lowes in Woburn because it is close to my house. But the customer service there is terrible. People standing around and never saying hi to the customers. I will make the choice to go out of my way to go to this Home Depot!. Keep up the good work!

A very nice gentleman approached me without asking to help me sort through the many options of the product I was purchasing - and directed me to exactly what I needed. Cashier was very friendly and helpful - courteous.

I shopped at another store before going to Home Depot but the switches I wanted were not in stock. There were plenty of switches at Home Depot which made me happy.

I needed assistance at the Hardware Dept. The Assistant was more then happy to help me.

In the past, I have had problems with the keys I've had made not working but the new laser key making machine has eliminated problems. The key I had made today works perfectly.
