Great Home Depot Location!
This Home Depot has a lot of experts available who are helpful and attentive. Don Zwicker in the Millwork Department did an especially great job helping me choose some storm doors and schedule installation through Home Depot. Since there is a labor shortage, it is hard to find experts in the Home Depot departments nowadays, but if you go to the Danvers MA store and see Don you won't be disappointed.

Bought our refrigerator
Employee was great- offered her assistance right away & we told her that we wanted to look & she gave us the space we wanted, but when we were ready to buy she was immediately ready to help & knew everything that we needed.

Excellent Service
This store always has enough help on hand to handle any questions or locate an item for you. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have visited competitors and they can't compare with Home Depot

Military ID does not work
Plan on some extra time if you plan on using your HD Military ID on your purchase. You will have to scan the code from your mobile phone at the register. Unfortunately, the app does not work well in the store. A cashier will have to assist you. Good luck!

After getting our wood pellets we went to have keys made. We found the keys we wanted , waited a short time, the cashier called the associate over to the key department, the associate was there in less than a minute. the associate checked our key and the number on the keys we wanted to have made to verify the number, the associate made the keys and off we went.

Very helpful garden staff
I had a very productive and pleasant visit to the garden center at the Independent Way Home Depot on Memorial Day w/e.
Associates were friendly, smiling and helpful.
Special shout out to Dana in the garden center who kindly helped load my car. He was friendly and
very nice while doing a demanding job. Thank you Dana for your assistance.
