I had purchased a ceiling fan that was the wrong size for what I needed. There were no problems returning it, and getting the proper one. The process was quick and easy.

I went into Home Depot in Red Bluff to look at washing machines as mine had finally died the day before. I was greeted by Mike, the associate in appliances and he was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that I didn't feel pressured by Mike to purchase anything. I ended up purchasing a washer AND dryer that was on sale and I'm very excited for it to be delivered (which delivery is free, by the way)! I've never had a nice matching washer and dryer set, and the fact that it's a REALLY nice set, AND I purchased it without being hassled or feeling pressured, was the icing on the cake! Thanks Mike!

I was grateful for the help of the associates in both floor and wall and the hardware department. The store was very clean and associates in hardware were cleaning the aisle and shelves as I was shopping. The floor and wall associate as well as the hardware associates were very knowledgeable of the Store layout and and where to find items. They were also very knowledgeable of the work related to the departments in which they work. Thank you for a pleasant experiences r Home Depot!

The store was very clean and well organized. The blinds I bought were perfectly cut. And the associates I interacted with were very helpful

The store was clean, but the associates were not at all helpful. They did not help and seemed bothered by me even asking for their help. Four associates were talking on their phones, three girls were chit chatting at the self checkout with no customers in sight. The associated sent me around the store looking for a product that they themselves could not find. I only made a purchase so that I could have a forum to complain about the poor customer service. It seems that the only time that I can get good service from Home Depot is when Noah is working.

Helpful people, clean store, lots to choose from AND a Farmers Market in the parking lot of Saturdays!

I love our Home Depot here in Red Bluff. I am always pleased with the friendliness, and overall experience with the Home Depot employees. I have worked in retail/customer service before and was taught to be kind, friendly and helpful to all customers so they want to come back again and again. I will definitely be coming back just for this reason.

I usually find everything I want at Home Depot and the sales folks are very helpful, courteous and abundant.

I needed help in electrical department and an associate was right there! He got me the wire I needed right away!

Being a woman, it might sound strange to say Home Depot is my favorite store. It gives me ideas to fix my home the way I want to.

Jerry in the garden department today went out of his way to help me. First he guided me to where the wine barrels were located, then he went a got a flat cart for me and loaded the very heavy 4 barrels. Jerry then wheeled it up to the checkout counter in the garden area and checked me out and called for someone to assist me in the loading of my barrels. We waited a few minuets and when no one came he was relieved by another checker and he said he didn't want me to wait any longer and wheeled the barrels out to my SUV and loaded these heavy items..no easy task! Thank you Jerry for being so helpful

Kevin is the guy who assisted me in Lumber. He is an absolute professional. Very intelligent, engaging and articulate. Also a great listener. Helped me with a project I was trying to figure out. Asked really good questions and stayed with me until I figured out everything I needed for my remodel and garden project. Without his assistance I would have taken my business to an competitor. He easily gets 20 stars.

I recommend the store, just don't expect assastince, even when you ask. It was nearling closing time (7pm) but I made it with a few iminutes to spare. As I entered the store the sales associate said "you've got 9 minutes'. I headed for the plumbing isle to purchase glue for CPVC fitting. I asked the a customer service representative if they had the glue and where it would be located. He said 'I don't know'. Ten minutes later I located the glue (no cpvc fittings however) and headed for the checkout. The sales associate informed me that she had just locked the register and the doors to the store. Then she decided to unlock the register and process my purchase while informing me that it was closing time.

Home Depot in Red Bluff, California helped us as we re-build our home in 2014. Especially helpful were the people in the electrical department. With so many things to choose from the salesman always managed to help sort it all out.

After experiencing the return of one riding lawn mower which was nicely handled by personnel at the Red Bluff Home Depot store, I found my second mower also seemed to need a mechanic on hand to make it start. I reluctantly had my son load up the second mower and haul it back after just two weeks of use. I was very pleased with the way the second transaction was handled, a store credit was given for what I had spent, and I purchased a different brand of mower. Thank you for making a negative into a positive.

Found everything I needed at a low price. The store was clean and the greeter was nice.

I was in and out in less than 10. With everything I needed, and a little bit more which is the salesmanship any store wants. Plus, product placement was excellent; would have forgotten additional items I needed, had I not walked passed them on the way to the check-out counter. Layout is just well done, and clerks were so very cool, getting me assisted and checked out, fast, friendly--looking out for you, the customer. That's how it felt. ;-) ...

I went to Home Depot and needed help finding a list of items. I asked a young man named Dave to help me. He helped me find every item on my list! He was extremely nice and very helpful! This was by far my best experience at Home Depot. Dave made sure I found everything that I came to Home Depot for. This was by far the most help I've gotten at Home Depot.

Jeanelle in the hand tool section was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She was very patient and worked very hard to help answer my questions. I was impressed that she checked back with me to make sure she had assisted me to the fullest. Also In the paint department I had a very helpful female worker. I didn't catch her name she was working on 4/29/2015 in mid afternoon. She helped me so much and suggested additional items to help in my paint project. She answered every question, mixed my paint and had everything gathered that could help me with my projects once i returned to the counter to pick my paint. Honestly, its as easy for me to go to the Chico Store as it is the Red Bluff store, but I really think the employees working in Red Bluff have a more small town touch and I think these two ladies that helped me today really need to know that they are doing a great job.

Employee Laurettia was very helpful. She walked me through the store assisting me. Thank you for the great service.
