The Redding store looks so much better. Neat and clean rather than messy and dirty.

The store is adding more and more displays in the aisles along with storing your climbing carts being left in the aisles. This makes the aisles very narrow (sometimes too narrow for shopping carts) and blocks many, many items on the shelves that I go shopping for. Please clean up your aisles!!

I went in to buy closet doors , and I saw them on line the night before, but by morning the price was regular.... I explained and the store manager and Mia in Customer service , along with John in the PRO section all worked together adjust and get me the sale price !

Went in to pick up just a few small items that only required a hand-basket. I was very disappointed that no hand-baskets were to be found, anywhere. I ended up only purchasing half the items on my list as I could not carry anymore in my arms.

As far as I know, they are non existent. 6 phone calls over 4 days, all went to voice mail and were never returned.

Your folks that work in this store are pleasant and over all know the store to direct you to that which you are looking. If you ask a question and they don't know the answer they are willing to admit it and will ask another employee if they know. Usually gets an answer, I appreciate that. I only shop this location when visiting my Mother and working on s project for Her.

I ordered a custom double exterior fiberglass door from the door folks. The Home Depot Team is great, but the vendor, Masonite, is now in the process of warranting a mess up they created. I'm on attempt 3 by them to get it right.each time means another 5 weeks.. I sure wish I had a door in this opening...

We visited the Redding, California Store to order new doors and purchase a new air conditioner. We were in the store no longer than half hour, staff was outstanding and quick.

The new checkout process is not well organized. Please mark where shoppers should line up and perhaps create a 2 line system - 1 for employee assisted checkout and 1 for self checkout. This would eliminate the confusion.

My husband and I bought our second palate of pavers. Robert was so helpful, went above and beyond in every aspect and had great follow through with every step of the process … side note it was well over a hundred that day and he even offered us a water … pure kindness… you just don’t see it very much anymore. The rest of our visit continued to be wonderful through our cashier during checkout and the two gentlemen that loaded our Vehicle. Thank you thank you thank you :)… side note on two palates of pavers only one had a chip in it … couldn’t believe that either .. great product also

I have had some bad experiences in other Home Depot Stores, but the sales associates were very helpful & friendly during my last visit at the Redding, Ca store, keep up the good work! Lost my purse in store and sales associate found it and brought it to customer service. I’m so grateful.

Cole helped me today with lumber and went above and beyond to be helpful. He has great customer service. I had to get a lot of wood and had my one year old daughter so needed help to load it. He helped me locate it, load the car and then load my truck. He is very willing to help and it is appreciated!

David at the Pro desk did an outstanding job taking my complex orderer for fencing. He was knowledgeable and offered appreciated suggestions. The ordered was pulled and waiting for me within 2hrs, thank you Bo. When I came to pick up Jesse and David were outstanding in the way they loaded my truck. AWESOME customer service and they had everything I needed in stock. Thrilled with my experience at Redding’s Home Depot.

Had beautiful bath faucets not so much in the kitchen section.

I have to give a huge shout out to Caden. He made what would have been a horrible trip to Home Depot into a trip that gives me hope in the younger generation. Lots of items were gone off the shelves, store employees were frazzled and stressed and I almost left my $400 cart and went home but Caden saw I needed help. He came over to help load some heavy items and took the time to be polite and positive. He even realized I needed help getting the heavy objects into my car and helped me with that. I teach 6th grade and this act of going above and beyond to help someone is such a shining example of a future leaders.

Clean, well stocked, friendly & knowledgeable employees, plenty of parking, great Pro desk, short checkout time.

Worked with Dustin checking out in the garden area 2 different times. Guy was awesome. 100% . I do all my HD shopping at this store and have never had a single bad experience.

I have never had a problem with any product I bought from the Home Depot.. The customer service is excellent on any problems you might have.

After a bad experience with another business matching my paint I brought my sample in to Home Depot. There was a young lady there that was polite, knowledgeable and worked on matching my color until it was perfect. She would look at it and say, I need just a touch more of another color, then she would bring it back to me and we would take a look. When she was done it was perfect! I was so pleased and she was such a help. I

Start serving hot dogs again. People get hungry there after carding around 12 sheet rocks that are a hundred pounds each. Everyone in Redding Ca would be very happy if you did it. Every store has there little special thing, and hot dogs could be yours.🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭

Gerald in Paint was super helpful and patient. He answered all our questions, was friendly and made our shopping experience very pleasant.

I look forward to shopping trips at Redding Home Depot. The employees are knowledgable and willing to help even for areas outside their expertise.

Don't approach a customer when he's already picking out items in an aisle that the "aisle is closing". They may as well say, we need you to leave because we have work to do. Customers who are already in an aisle should be left alone when picking out items, regardless of what employees have planned for that aisle. Let the customer complete his shopping, then close the aisle.

I have came in a few times and when Precious is working she has the best customer service I have ever received. Truly a pleasant experience and makes me come in more often.

Most all of the people that have interacted with at this home depot are excellent employees. Especially the weekday gentleman that operates the Pro Check Out line and the gentleman working the lumber department. Attentive, friendly, helpful and jovial. I say this as a previous manager of several workers for some very large international corporations over 35 years. I have learned there are keepers (excellent employees) , dead weight and poisonous employees. The folks That I have been lucky to interact with at this Home Depot are all keepers from my perspective as a customer, and a career people manager.

Jessica was positive and friendly. More people should learn by her example.
