Store #1013 has a large garden area that fits all of my dig-in-the-dirt needs.

The return of a wrong item I purchased was done quickly and without difficulty. Britany, the cashier that helped me was friendly and professional!

This sore is always well stocked and easy to find help. with focused employees. if the problems can not be handled by a employee and in needs to be escalated to management most are good, but one bad apple can ruin it for the whole barrel;the odds are good you will not have a problem

Was treated very rudely and felt like I was being discriminated against. Ask for the military discount and the cashier had walked away. Another cashier had stepped in and asked to help she said I was good to go after I paid for my items she told me that discount was not applied. She apologized. I asked to speak with the manager I believe his name was Hector and then he did not show up he sent someone else to help me who was not even a manager. Shame on Home Depot in Redlands for treating vets so poorly.

Redlands Home Depot is by far the greatest HD in California! The store is organized and every employee is knowledgeable and helpful. It is always a pleasant experience and I always have success finding what I need.
