I went to get an electric brad nailer. the advertised price listed that it came with a free battery with purchase. I got the on sale brad nailer and asked for the free battery the advertised price listed. At first the cashier was very helpful and got someone after i showed the advertisement that listed it. when the other person showed up he said it was only online price. The ad didn’t show anything about being an online only price. they called the manager who was the who wasn’t there at it was the service desk supervisor who also from just talking about it on the phone she didn’t have any of the information i had to say or show as i had the to show them. I was denied the sale price.I was simply dismissed and told if i wanted the item i would have to go to the pro desk and order while they had the product in stock. I have never been denied an advertised price. I will not be using Home Depot in the future as i believe that they have shady deals and a corrupt business model. They are absolutely dishonest and if you value your money don’t buy anything from them.

Broken and damaged drywall

Went there to get replacement spools for my weed wacker. The attendant that was working in that are of the store helped me to find what I needed. Good experience.

Microwave had died and definitely needed replacement quick. Called the store and spoke to Gary in kitchen. On line stated would need to be shipped. Gary checked his stock and had one! When we arrived, he asked if we wanted the one we discussed. He quickly got his electric ladder and closed the aisle for safety. Smooth and pleasant!

Lee from lumber helped me select the proper materials to build this tree house. He was awesome...knowledgeable, kind and energetic.

Cyndy was very helpful in directing us to area we needed. Even took us to the hot water heater area.

Will in the paint department was very helpful!

4-5 items needed. All in stock & easy to locate. Very quick visit.

Salesman was very helpful without hounding me. Significant savings with Black Friday sale (on Wednesday before)…Delivery guys were in and out in 5 minutes, hauling away the old washer and hooking up the new one. Definitely worth the $50 to take away old washer…very happy…have washed two loads thus far…noisier than my old one, but clothes seem cleaner…

Brought some Fall flowers from the Home Depot in Lewes. The mums were plentiful, and competitive prices.

This is my go to store since I moved to Delaware and recommend the store and the knowledgeable people who work there

was nervous about ordering a dryer online so we went to HD and Jen was great!

When we couldn't find the replacement showerheads that we were looking for, the gentleman and young lady at the customer service desk were very helpful. He looked up the items, and she got them for us. It was a very pleasant experience.

Everything went well. Found good quality lumber at good prices. There was line 10 deep at check out

I called yesterday to ask about a gas grill and if that one was available still in the box. It was so I drove down to buy it. When we could not find it on the floor my wife asked an employee about where we could find this grill. She mentioned that we called about it earlier. The employee I believe his name was Jerry, said we have it right here waiting for you. It was on a special cart so loading it in our vehicle would be easier. My wife and I were so impressed with the customer service!

I initially started to look for a new washer and dryer a few weeks ago. Jenn told me about the Labor Day sale and in the meantime, she took me through all my options. When I went back for this sale, I waited until a day on which she was working. Again, she reviewed my options, gave me GREAT advice. She is definitely a great asset to the Home Depot!

Went to this Home Depot for a bunch of items and the store was well stocked. The employees helped us from letting us know what aisle they were in, and then on checkout the attendant did the checkout for us. It is a well run establishment. And the employees go out of their way to help you with your needs.

Perfect size and power for my needs . Lightweight easy to carry where I need to clean the homes exterior

We purchased the best Andersen storm door in stock. The third party installer installed a broken door but asssure that's that someone would fix it within a few days.. it took weeks until the same install and returned only to fail in fixing the door. Using foul language and throwing door materials to the ground, he left saying someone else would have to do it. While all this was going on, our phone calls went unanswered and more than once hung up on. Eventually someone did fix the door but not after a lot of frustration and a complete lack of customer service and care for the customer. No apologies, no one checking on but be sure it was fixed. Fixed just silence from home Depot.. this is not poor customer service. This is a complete lack of it. From purchase to complete installation took 3 months. So no I won't be recommended home Depot

I want to thank Chris in electrics for all his help with my lighting problems. His help was very much appreciated.

I just moved & I have many projects in many areas going or will be & EVERY person I encountered helped me-taught me something/found me another person if they didnt have experience with that?!?
