The associate at the window door desk was very nice and very helpful with finding a window for us and also saved us some money.

The item we purchased was somewhat available. We had to wait a very short time and it took four associates to 'unload' our purchase. They all worked safely together. Great team effort.

Good help by associates and customer service. However I did have to wait quite a while to get help in the lumber department.....however Gwen was excellent once she got there.

The store associates were very helpful whole we were shopping for our appliances. They made calls to very details about the appliances. We got what we feel was a great deal and it was a pleasant experience.

Aisles are little tight while entering and transiting due to product sales.

I went to Ridgecrest Home Depot Garden Center with my plant that had been exposed to 105 degree weather and it looked like it couldn't be saved, but I wanted to try. The first associate said "it was dead", but I still wanted to have hope. That associate then referred me to the "expert" in Garden. The "expert" looked at the plant and gave me hope and let me know it could be saved. He then re-potted the plant, gave me instructions as to waht to do when I got plant home and it worked! My plant is now sprouting new leaves, thanks to the "expert" in the Garden department!

The minute I walked in the Ridgecrest Home Depot the first associate I saw greeted me and the rest I saw thereafter as well! I attended the workshop for wall repair and painting and I learned quite a few new things and with the expertise of the associates, I know feel I can handle painting my own walls and come to Home Depot with any questions or issues that come up while I'm working on my project! I also now don't feel "intimidated" to take on the painting of my walls!

On two separate visits to the Ridgecrest store, we received very helpful assistance and advice from several sales associates with finding and ordering on line for in store pickup. We were assisted in using the computer in the store to locate and order an item to our specifications. Then when we picked the item up, the sales associate assisting us went out of her way to give us the military discount we usually get in the store on a fairly expensive on line order. The young man who loaded our item in our truck was also extremely courteous and helpful.

It was easy to find very helpful employees in all areas.

The floor plan is a little confusing to someone who has never visited before. The associates are either missing or helping other people for long periods of time. Good luck if you don't frequent this store more than 2 times a month.

Went in looking for easy release key rings. Associate at the entry door took me back to get them. Cashier was very plesent and helpful. I am retired military and showed ID for the discount. He thanked me for my service. I also got some AAA battries.

The associates are very friendly and honest about their knoweledge on all questions I've asked...this has been a great reseason for my continual return to this store...

Overall, this store is a pleasure at which to shop. The workers are friendly and helpful. If there's an issue, it's that Home Depot put in a small store here in Ridgecrest, CA. Often selection and inventory are limited.
