The gentleman in the plumbing department was very friendly and extremely helpful in assisting me in finding the correct part for my bathroom faucet. He indicated that if it didn't fit that I could exchange if needed. He was also helpful in assisting me with a door know for the bathroom. I just don't remember his name but I will be back for sure.

I went into The Home Depot to buy a Nest Thermostat. I got a ticket and gave it to a salesperson named Wendy. She got the thermostat for me, rang up my order and thanked me for coming to The Home Depot. A pleasant experience.

I always buy my supplies at Home Depot and I’m always happy to shop there. They have everything I need, the staff is helpful, and the quality is great.

I went to rent a vehicle, as I do daily from this location, however two females were involved. Pumpkin was the first one. She could not click the right buttons to get the contract to print. The very tall gentleman with dreads had to help her. Then when I finally returned back with the truck, another female added all of that time I was waiting for my contract to my time. I left the premises and returned within 1hr and 15 minutes. I was charged 1hr and 45minutes. They ripped me off. I asked to speak to a manager and another female employee said no managers were available

Went to store with a reservation for a 12 ft box truck. Wasn't given box truck because the online system allows the trucks to be overbooked. I had a reservation for the same time as another person and that person got the last truck. The associate helping me told me this happens all the time because of the system. I have $150 hold on my card that takes days to come back off. Came back next day to have no choice but to rent the only truck available to complete my tasks I needed with the truck. Truck was returned by previous renter with only 1/16 of a tank of gas. Lock for truck gate was also left on it and right front tire was low for 30 lbs of air pressure. Cost me over $76 to fill the tank and will never get it back as they get their $10/gallon back for the gas surcharge from previous renter. Also had to fill tire in my own and wait 30 extra minutes for them to cut lock off before I left. When returning customer and associate were in a verbal altercation that almost turned physical.

I am so disappointed with Home Depot. I cant get over just drop it in the drive way, you can at least ring the door bell

I bought some items and I had job side pick up and they came so many times and they didn't pick them up but as soon as I told her she ordered her guys to come immediately to pick them up and I'm so grateful!

My wife watches a lot of HGTV and doubts of me stating that I could do it.Well I started taking her with me to Home Depot and started showing her the immense products offered and verification from Hdpt associates of my plans over the years she doesn't watch to much of HGTV " She Watches Me" Thanks Home Depot " MY Home is a little quieter now!

As one of the nearest stores with this particular line of products, it is very conveniently located and surprisingly well stocked. Employees are quite friendly and helpful.

Desiree at the Pro Desk always brightens my day. She is always at her desk with a smile and positive words for everyone. I pass 2 other locations just to see Desiree.

JennivieVE was incredibly helpful and patient! She went above and beyond to help me locate all four items I needed, even though they were scattered throughout the store. Her outstanding service truly made my experience memorable, and she’s the reason I’d gladly return to this location.

Back in the day, Home Depot was a cut above the rest. You could visit the store for expert repair advice; they had home repair classes, their customer service was par-none, and the associates were professionals. Over the years, that prominent level of service has diminished and I lowered my expectations to avoid disappointment But today, I went to THD in Riverdale to purchase a toolbox that showed to be in limited quantity. When I arrived, there wasn't a box on the floor, so I looked for an associate and was connected with BJ out of the lumber department. BJ made my day. This young man walked from one end of the store to the next, checking three locations for where a box could be stored, and found it. Then, he took the time to get a forklift and get the box down from the top rack. He took a moment to help two other customers while on the route. I like to get this kind of service when I spend my hard-earned money. Someone eager to make me happy and make the sale. Thank you, BJ, for being an excellent store clerk.

Process was efficient and informative , easy to order out of stock items.

The people were friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase what I needed and had excellent customer service.

I appreciate the great costumer service at this location. But the product (1 package of 4 zinc 2 and 1/2 inch wood strews) that I purchased broke before it even went in the wood. This ruined the project we were working on.

Riverdale store needs more helpful employees. Customers should not have to wait over 45minutes to get assistance and then stand another 20 minutes to refund because of lack of employees.

The employees were very friendly and they work a lot more efficiently than other stores that I've been to. I will definitely shopping here again!

I bought the wrong toilets. I’m so happy I had Ms Adrina & Mr Charles to assist me. Mr. Charles handled the heavy lifting & stayed with me, even when others tried to take him away. Ms. Adrina took me to returns where customers mistakenly started a line in the shopping aisle instead of the designated return area. Technically, I was technically next in line. Ms. Adrina fixed the line, assisted me with the exchange, and everybody was happy. Thank you for the great return experience.

Service was bad, associated did not care and was not helpful

I brought a new refrigerator filter and I got lucky to get the last one on the shelf while on my way home. The replacement was easy to install and produced fresh water again for my home. I will be back again.

This location always has what I need and the staff are helpful if I need assistance.

Everyone that I encountered was very pleasant. They all made me feel important and like they enjoyed their job! One even thanked me for shopping bc it kept them employed. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience based on employees attitudes alone! But I only went through customer service and it was slow but the customer service made up for it

Clerk was nasty and dismissive, didn't even acknowledge my existence. She didn't even thank me or make eye contact. I frequent this location quite a bit and I occasionally get bad customer service. I am responding this time because I am fed up with it!!!!

This Home Depot is the home Store I go to most often because my office is only 2 miles away.

Ms. Wendy from the Pro-desk was extremely professional and handled my real estate purchases with a great deal of care. Please consider elevating her to your leadership team she is an assets to your store.
