From the time we walked in until we walked out the staff was very friendly and very helpful, especially the cashier, Sherry. Also impressive was Alicia in Customer Service! Both are great people and excellent representatives of your store.

My 10 year old brad nailer had stopped working, so I went in and asked for help. I hadn't lubed it, and that was the first recommendation, which was logical. When that did not cure it, I went back and an associate took me to the rental section to test and evaluate it. There, it appeared that the internal gaskets had dried and cracked from age, and so it would not work. While I was not happy that it stopped working, every associate that I had contact with tried to be helpful and took reasonable and logical steps for my problem to be solved. I was greatly impressed with the professional service I received, and that's why I do business with this Home Depot store.

I would recommend the store except for the paint department. I drove down from Evanston to Ogden to get some exterior paint so I could touch up the outside of our house. I spent 10-15 min talking with a lady from the paint department about various paints and which one would be best against fading and etc. We settled on two colors and some quality exterior paint. I went, finished grabbing what I needed and then returned to the paint department to pick it up. After grabbing the paint I noticed that she mixed interior paint, not exterior paint. After asking her to mix what we talked about I was told that I would have to pay the paint she mixed and then buy the exterior paint. Now I have $80 worth of paint that I have to figure out what to do with.

Customer service is the worst in the tool department. make sure you know what all you need before you go in.

Lots of summer hires that are woefully undertrained or indifferent to the company

I received excellent customer service from Kelli in the appliance department. Her attention to detail, great communication skills, and personality made the experience even better. The quality of service provided by your employee was genuinely appreciated and more than I expected. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I had the opportunity to work with Sean from the Ops department and Christie from the pro desk and we opened an account for well over a $100000 they exceeded all my expectations we hope we can continue to do business with these 2 great individuals

Great Prices and Great Selection

The employees are so so helpful. I picked a bad color of paint and Alex helped me mix it into a better color and added some design ideas of her own that were wayyyyyyy better than anything I had in mind. 12/10.

This store is on track.

The Riverdale home depot I like to refere as my 2nd home. The staff and I are on a first name basis. I love the set up of the store and can always find what I need quickly and any help required is always readily available and the management will make right any mistakes made by the home depot team immediately with very courteous demeanor. Thank you Riverdale home depot , Shaun, and jenni especially.

Great store to shop at always clean and friendly employee's.

Home Depot Sales Associates are always willing and ready to help. Very knowledgeable about products. My last associate helped me with details on the new Ryobi Power Washer I was about to purchase, including opening the box to make sure everything was there and to answer questions if the washer had a soap tank. I appreciated him opening the box for me and verifying what he told me was included.

We love Home Depot and are frequent shoppers. Today, our cashier Veronica, was very thoughtful and helped us out in a way no cashier ever has. We are grateful for her and her kindness, and will never forget her! We have been in her checkout line several times, and she is just great and super friendly. Thank you Veronica!!

We had an issue and an employee there went above and beyond to help us out. It was very comforting. Home Depot has the best inventory and the best prices out of all the home improvement stores.

This location is my favorite. The staff are very helpful land friendly. They always have someone available and willing to help and they always have everything I need.

Flooring dept employees great and helpful

We have shopped at the Riverdale Home Depot since they opened. This is the #1 store to find what you need. My husband is project driven and really gets frustrated if he cannot find things in any store. He always knows that he can find what he needs at Home Depot, particularly in Riverdale. The store is clean and orderly. The employees have been great to help us with anything we cannot find, even if it is not their department. The cashiers are great too.

Martha is the worst employee that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with at this store. I've had to deal with her a few times and finally had to complain because I cant be the only one. I usually just shrug it off but this has happened every time I have to deal with her. I am not sure how she still has a job. She lied to me about discounts and had me open a credit card because she promised me I work get a discount which did not work cause she doesn't understand how home depot discounts work. I had to watch everything she scanned in because she would scan things multiple times. She is very rude and difficult to work with. This store is good as long as you can avoid her!

Clean and bustling. Website not always consistant when purchasing in store on delivery charges.

The store is well arranged. They always have what I need. The service is always very good. I am grateful to have a store that is not too far away from my home.

I like the customer sevice better than the other stores !!!
