They always have what you want, and they have great specials on the end caps!

I was greeted at the door and taken right to the product that I needed. Sales person was nice and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure speaking to her about my project and getting the answers to my questions. I will be going back to the store for future projects and hope to have the same experience. The employees are much more helpful than at the Lowe's down the street.

This is the best home improvement store! Lots of happy, knowledgeable, friendly folks!

I would like to see another HD built in the Botetourt County (South by the Roanoke County Northeastern) border. i.e. Daleville, VA area. This is a growing area.

Employees are generally friendly and quick to offer assistance and help determine the best product for the project at hand. Rarely have to wait in line at the check out and someone always offers to help get my purchases loaded into my car. The store is clean and products are arranged neatly and in logical order, making it easy to locate items. Returns, when necessary, are hassle free and fast.

I had a very positive experience in your store. I would recommend the store to anyone looking for a good store.

If you have a Virginia State issued veterans card do not look to get a discount here. I spoke to assistant manager and was denied, go to the South Roanoke Store

There was no one at Customer Service (I waited for some minutes, and checked again later). The employee in the paint department could not answer my question and did not try to find what I needed. The water filter I needed was not on the shelf, and there were no employees available to ask if it was in another location. Parts of the store were gated and inaccessible, with no explanation. I bought a few items, but could not find other items that I wanted to purchase.

Very good experience and I plan to shop at this store in the future.

Mark Roland, 2 Litter and the whole staff at this Home Depot go above and beyond for my company and myself every time I call. I can be anywhere in the country and I can be assured when I call Mark and give him my order I will not have to worry about the outcome. Store is well organized and easy to shop. Clear aisles and store is well stocked. Store associates are helpful and friendly. I'm from Ohio and never shopped this Home Depot but in Ohio I only shop Home Depot. I own property in Covington Va need a Home Depot closer, Lewisburg or Lexington would be great

More than one associate asked if I need any help as soon as I walked in the door. I knew what I was going to get so I didn't need any help BUT this store always has great customer service especially when you compare them to Lowe's. I just wish we had a Home Depot in Salem, VA.

I love every time we visit this store! The folks at the pro desk, and at the contractor check out always make us feel like we're all a big family every time we step in the door. When they are out sick or not feeling well, we ask about them. When we don't come by they inquire about us. It is a welcoming feeling every time.

I have visited this store several times since last summer (2015) and each time I'm really surprised how often I'm asked, while walking from one end of the store to the other, by different associates if I need help.

Found what I was looking for and an employee came and ask if I might need any help with anything. Purchased what I needed and check out was very quick and friendly.

The customer service at this store was above and beyond. I was approached by multiple associates on my visit all of which added something different as far as the information I needed. Also, if you are looking to design a kitchen Christopher is your man he was very informative and took his time to make sure our experience was a pleasant and well informed one. We would defiantly shop here again!

It was Valentine's Day Eve and all through the very clean and organized Home Depot, all associates were stirring from the time I enter the store. As I wondered down the main aisle to read the department signs, along came an associate with a friendly" may I help you "on his lips. He not only showed us where the blinds were, but escourted us there. We look through all the colors, styles and prices, we were about to settle on a very pricey one that we would have to order. When along came an associate that showed one in-store that we could have cut. It was 3 times less! We laugh about how we may have given the neighbors a show,and we informed her the bathroom faced the street, and how the cars were passing so slow! As we proceeded to the register, my husband stopped to look at snow shovels and another associate approched us and I asked about fireplaces where he convinced my hubby it was the perfect V-Day gift!!! Wonderful experience in the kitchen/bath remodeling area of the store. Donna Caldwell and Chris West are consummate professionals, they are fun and knowledgable.

My husband and I are planning to remodel our bathroom and I had been looking online at different options and we decided to go to the store and actually plan it out.While looking I ask a young man if he could help us and he was more than willing,very pleasant( Christopher West ).He took the time to run back and forth comparing colors and matching things up..Just felt so good about my choices after all his help..He printed everything out for me and then the very next week my husband and I returned and ordered everything for our new bathroom...thanks a bunch Christopher

Great Store, Excellent Store Associates and a wide variety to choose from.

I pre-shopped online. I captured the screen shot of each item for my DYI project. I was very pleased to find the items. I must admit the video with the EZ Stripper was most helpful. The product works just like the video!
