I went to Home Depot to purchase and brand new frontloading, LG washer and dryer, which I was very excited about. As a single woman, I asked that the movement of the old and installation be included with whatever would be needed that was not done properly. The delivery people that arrived from a third-party were very rude and intimidating and instead of installing my washer and dryer, they put them in my garage with pedestals and left because the Home Depot creator of the invoice didn’t do it properly and they had no desire to resolve it, so here I am staring at my unusable washer and dryer that I cannot confirm whether it works or not in the allotted 48 hours prior to expire and now apparently it’s on me to deal with. It’s been the worst experience. It went from a very joyful purchase to a nightmare. I would not recommend anyone purchasing appliances at Home Depot ever after this experience.

I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of air purifiers available at this store. I had been to a few stores with not much to choose from. Also, the customer service was great. I couldn't locate where the air purifiers were and I asked Bruce if he knew where they could be. He took his time to research where they were located, led me there, and made sure that I had all my questions answered. Thank you Bruce you made my visit very pleasant!

Always great service and friendly atmosphere

Home Depot has taken that away from us veterans that have a DD214. Everything in your stores are overpriced anyway so 10% is not going to hurt you. Thanks for all that you do for us older veterans.

A lot of items for what I need, weekends are busy, so harder to find someone to help, have to wait a little longer. Overall good and pleasant experience. Thanks

I can always find the right size furnace filter at Home Depot..I also love looking at paint samples and household items.

We bought our fencing materials from this store and everyone was very helpful. Especially Gloria from the pro dept.

To who this may concern do not do any custom cabinets at this Home Depot location. You will not get what you think you are buying because when they place the order they make it a different collar just so they can make their commission beware do not order custom cabinets at this location

On THIS TRIP TO THIS LOCATION THERE WERE 2 YOUNG MEN THAT WERE AWESOME, "EXCEPTIONAL" IN FACT To Home Depots Previous experiences Anywhere!! I failed to get their names (So Sorry) bt I'm sure ur aware of them. First Impression which was the Greatest a "Young man" 8-9-25 at the Lumber entrance betwn 5:30 & 7p that was so accommodating friendly helpful hobest welcoming it was hard to ignore. He assisted me as best he could & then also referred me to a young man with Blue hair also extremely helpful, Knowledgeable friendly they both deserve recognition for their customer service. My Rating is based on their these 2 employees & my experience on THIS DAY as representatives for Home Depot.

Delivery person just dropped in driveway and watched as me and my son moved very heavy stuff to garage and I paid $99. Did not help at all. They did arrive at the end of the time window. So that was good. Also left the pallet!!

When I went to the store to initially look at washing machines, the salesperson who assisted me, Steven, was extremely helpful and informative. When I returned to purchase the machine, the salesperson who completed the order was equally as professional. Excellent customer service from the inquiry through the check out at the service desk.

Purchased a replacement entry and storm door. Jesse in Millwork was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and PATIENT in guiding me through a myriad of choices.

The check out was down online and in store when I tried to make this order. It took over an hour to place the order in person after being told my phone was the problem(logged in on their computer like I was asked and same problem/technical issues popped up). I was promised it would be ready at 6am. I showed up to pick up the order with labor, truck and trailer that I was paying for at 7:30am. I was told the order wasn't ready and wouldn't be until 8pm. I was told the order was placed by a new employee and she should not have allowed it to be set up that way. After explaining that wasn't acceptable and I needed it now a manager had the items available pulled ( 2 items not available had to be delivered days later). That process took over another hour and a half. When I finally received my order 2 of the items were clearly damaged. When I mentioned it instead of replacing them I was offered 70% off or I could dig better ones out myself (6x6x12ft pressure treated post, extremely heavy). I did the latter. Completely ridiculous! Manager kept blaming new employee instead of apologizing or making up for the mistake, inconvenience and money cost me!

Jim was a great making sure we found what we needed. Took time to double check product. Pleasure to work with. Younger guy helped with loading cart and car. Very nice young man. Another guy drove fork lift getting stuff off top shelfs. Followed safety rules, was fast and careful with product. They all acted like team players went above to get me right product and load it into my truck. Very nice group of guys with pleasant additute, along with being careful with my purchase.

The representative for blinds was very rude and was no help

The product I wanted had to be brought down from storage by a high-low driver. Stsff went out of their way to provide my husband and me with exceptional service!!

The store is clean, well maintained, the associates are polite and helpful, although at times they seem busy and it's hard to get help in a short time.

I liked shopping at this location because it not crowded, staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. My orders were processed quickly and accurately.

They usually have everything I need. Close to home. The checkout is always difficult and a wait in lines as it is self service and does not work smoothly.

Had a return, store pick up and made a purchase. Customer service desk staff accommodated all at once so I didn't have to go back and forth across the store

I recently bought windows that needed to be delivered to my home. Both Jesse and Reem were outstanding to set this up and followed up to confirm the delivery. I also want to say the the two people who delivered the windows had outstanding demeanor and attention to customer service ( I do not know their names).

The aisles are clean, the associates are polite and helpful, good variety of materials.

Went in to buy paint for my front steps. The gentleman that helped me, I think his name was John, couldn't have been more helpful. He explained every step to take to get a professional result. he was patient and made sure to answer all my questions. He did an outstanding job!
