The store has a good balance of cleanliness. It feels real. While the associates are not crowding you, they are available when you call them. Once they arrive, they know their stuff and also provide great help and suggestions.

The price on the Whirlpool refrigerator that I bought was $200 to $400 below the price at Lowes and Menards.

couldn't find the product I wanted because I didn't know where to look. I tried for 15 minutes to find an associate. I was totally disgusted. Finally found what I was looking for by myself and headed to checkout. One register open. On a Saturday? Really? I used self checkout. I left and will never return to that store, even if the one I normally use closes. Then I'll go to Lowe's. Was in a bad mood the rest of the day. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Normally I buy online and Pick up in store, which is WAY easier than I expected. I'm in this Home Depot 2-3 times a week (new home owner) and I ALWAYS have a great experience. I have never gone in looking for something that I didn't find. Consistency is big in this store too.. All the associates are familiar with other departments, and for the size of the store, the overall product knowledge is impeccable. Well done Home Depot- This store's doing things the right way.

I love the Rochester Hills HD! The staff is always available and eager to help! I Love John and Mary- they are always going out of their way to say hello and make sure I have the assistance I need!!

The help from the store associates was outstanding!! We got help from kitchen design in one hour compared to what took us in Bolyard Lumber in 2 weeks. Pat was very patient in all our appointments and she knows her job. Matt, from the flooring department, did an excellent job. He was very courteous and recommended all the materials necessary for the project. We got floors and carpet in less than an hour!!

Had to purchase a new Water Heater and updated connectors. Great Customer service. Alan Carver helped us troubleshoot and get us hooked up with what we needed.

Have purchesed materials and appliances for several condo repairs at this store, Always good or great materials and service.

I went the Rochester Hills HD store on my lunch hour to purchase a box of tile, new rug and two bags of salt for my water softener. I needed two 40lb bags of salt; located a few feet away form the twenty something male cashier - he informed me the person assigned to help with these things wasn't available....he would have to find someone else, there was no one else in line behind me. After waiting for someone to load my cart, I finally realized no one was coming and loaded it myself. I had to load my car myself - I'm female and in my late 50's.

Extremely disappointed w/behavior of sales associates. I was completely ignored by associates while I watched them proactively offer assistance to other customers. I decided to inform the store manager as I was on my way out the door to a competitor. I asked a cashier (Carolyn) to call for a managers. She went above/beyond to locate one because they were all in a meeting. The manager (Ken) was shocked at my complaint. I recommended he view the surveillance camera and hopefully use it as a training tool. Ken was very apologetic, offered to assist me to prevent me from leaving unsatisfied. All in all, Ken's actions turned an awful experience into a satisfactory one and also prevented the loss of a sale and customer.

For Black Friday morning there were many associates available and offering you assistance. Was very nice to see. They were all very friendly.

Made the mistake of trying to pick up some last minute things Wednesday at 7PM before Thanksgiving. It was next to impossible to accomplish anything in the store as the stockers were blocking many of the aisles I needed to access to complete my chores list. Stockers were more concerned with getting their Black Friday job done than accommodating customers who mistakenly assumed store hours could be used for shopping. Impossible to move a cart around, Didn't want to carry a large item without the cart. Left for the competitor down the road. No problems there.

All of them have hospitality and professional intelligence.

My husband and I are buying our first home and the Paint Department Associates not only answered all of our questions, they even gave us ideas and suggestions! We will absolutely be going back to this Home Depot.

The sales associates all went above and beyond in professionalism and friendliness. Nothing was too much and each made very effort to assure that we had what we needed. The store is clean, the staff is nice and competent. The customer service representative was efficient and conscientious. We are so happy that this Home Depot is so close!
